1)Design images using Photoshop,
Illustrator...
The transfer size are ½" from handle, ¼" from top to bottom. |

2)Using inkjet Printer prints the image on
sublimation transfer paper, the ink must be sublimation ink.
Recommend Epson C88,4 colors printer
Set "Mirror Image" printing |

3)Cut image, using
hairdryer makes the sublimation ink dry fast |

4)Set time, temperature
and pressure.
*Turn the ball, adjusting to appropriate pressure
Too tight, easy break mug and machine.
Too loose, transferred image is not clarity.
*The time and temperature are not an absolute value.
high temperature & short time equal to low temperature & long time.
Mostly, Temperature: 170C to 200C.
Time: 8 to 60 Second

5)Using high temperature
tape fix image on mug.
If the transfer paper is big enough, the tape may not to be used
be sure to leave image ¼" on the top and bottom
of mug and ½" on the left and right of the handle
6)Wrap
mug and transfer with Teflon sheet. |

7)Close the press handle.
turn on power
8)Press ^timer stop ̄ button to stop timer count
9)Waiting.......
9)When the temperature reached at the temperature set, the timer start
to count
10) When the buzzer sounds, turn off power. open the press and remove
the mug.

11) Waiting 10 to 20 sec,
peel transfer paper.
Use caution as the mug will be hot. Hold the mug by the handle only |

12) Put the mug in plastic
bag, then place it into the small box.
Now, You can sell the mug
to your customer.
