Instruction of Multifunction Press


* In the process of preheating, don¨t put the handle down unless the temperature has reaches the setting degree.
* There¨re two ways to remove base paper!^Hot-split ̄ and ^cool-peel ̄. Master the right time and temperature due to different materials.
* The machine shows temperature in international standard--centigrade. To avoid troubles, please be aware that different districts uses different standard. Below is unit conversion chart between centigrade and Fahrenheit. There is one such chart on the machine.

Press on plates
1)Install 2 accessories for plate-pressing on the machine.
2)Adjust the pressure of heat-press board. Try the pressure first--put a plate on the base board, press the handle. It will affect the quality of finished product if it's too tight or too loose. Adjust the pressure by the button until suitable. (temperature set 200C, 50S).
3)Remove the handle,Get printing stock out.
4)Warm the plate using hairdryer, the cool plate is easy broken on transfer.
5)Place the plate which has image on it on the board. Then put Teflon paper on the top.
6)Press handle.Press the red button, turn on power.
7)When temp reach 70C, turn off power, wait 30S-60S
then turn on power, keep stop heating 60S at 100C,150C.
8) When temperature reach 200C, press green button, start timer.
9)Upon hearing music, turn off the green button and lift the handle.

Cap/Hat Press
1) Install 2 accessories for cap-pressing on the machine.
2)Adjust the pressure of heat-press board. Try the pressure first--put the cap on the base board, press the handle. It will affect the quality of finished product if it's too tight or too loose. Adjust the pressure by the button until suitable.
3)Remove the handle. Get printing stock out.
4)Press the red button, turn on power.
5)Set temperature and time according to different materials.
6)When it reaches desired temperature, place the printing stock on the board and the transfer paper in a proper place. Then put Teflon paper on the top.
7)Remove the heating point up to the base board. press the green button and handle at the same time.
8)Upon hearing music, turn off the green button and lift the handle.

Press on mugs
1)Install 2 accessories for mug-pressing on the machine.
2)Adjust the pressure of heat-press board. Try the pressure first--put a mug on the base board, press the handle. It will affect the quality of finished product if it's too tight or too loose. Adjust the pressure by the button until suitable.
3)Remove the handle. Get printing stock out.
4)Press the red button, turn on power.
5)Set temperature and time according to different materials. (general set 195C, 60S-120S).
6)Wrap the mug which has image stick to it with Teflon paper. Place the mug on heating board when it reaches desired temperature.
7)Press the green button and handle at the same time.
8)Upon hearing music, turn off the green button and lift the handle.
