1)Make target design by computers. Switch on the cutting plotter and
better try the pressure of tool in the first step:
After cutting, the color layer as well as one layer of base paper can be
easily removed at the same time. |

2)The tool should just cut half thickness of the base paper. |
 |
3)Affected by materials and weather, the paper may stick to the pinch
roller of the cutting plotter.
To avoid this, wipe the color layer of the paper with wet cloth before
cutting until you don¨t feel sticky by hand. |

4)Set the speed according to the size of the design. For example, set
the speed faster (at 50-75) for a large design, and at 25 definitely for
a small one.
Carve the design by following the instruction of cutting plotter. Lower
speed cutting is very important! |

5)Peel off the unwanted part when finish cutting. Remove the color layer
as well as part of the base paper at the same time from outside to
inside or in an opposite way.
(The base paper is thick enough that can be separate by layers. Peel
between paper and paper, no film and paper) |

6)The design on base paper should be complete without any deletion. |

7)Do not overly set the pressure of
the heat-press-machine. Set the temperature at 155C-175≧(310F-350F) and the time
in 15 - 20seconds.
The temperature & time is not absolute, You should adjust on actual
status. |

8)Cut the target design in square outline from the whole paper and put
it on the printing stock properly and place Teflon sheet on top then heat-press. |

9)Hot-split the base paper: after heat-pressing, peel the paper
immediately.
If it fails because of low temperature, you can use a drier to heat the
paper and then remove. |

10)A wanted design or characters will be on the printing stock
completely. |
