1. During turning, sawing, grinding, drilling, and some other operations, dust is generated. This dust contains chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Examples of these chemicals include:

※ Quartz in bricks, cement, and other masonry materials!
※ Arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber!

- Your risk of exposure to these chemicals varies depending on how often you perform such tasks. To reduce your exposure to these chemicals: please maintain good ventilation in your work area and use approved safety equipment, such as dust masks specifically designed to filter out fine particles!

- Before starting, please wear safety glasses, a mask, earplugs, a face shield, and earmuffs. Please note: Everyday glasses are not safety glasses!!!

2. Before starting, please ensure the machine is correctly and securely assembled, the belt is tensioned, all handles are positioned and fixed, and the entire machine is stable and cannot move freely.

3. Before starting, please check for loose parts and bolts, damaged or potentially hazardous components, and any parts that may interfere with operation. Repair or replace them immediately with original factory parts. Non-original parts may cause danger.

4. Before starting, please confirm that safety guards are locked and functioning properly. Ensure the machine runs smoothly without interference before powering on.

5. Before starting, please adjust the fence to a suitable position, lock and secure it, and ensure the fence angle is accurate.

6. During operation, do not wear string gloves, loose clothing, ties, or long jewelry. Inappropriate clothing can be caught and entangled in rotating cutter shafts, causing serious personal injury.

7. After initial startup, check whether the rotation direction meets requirements. Operate without load for two minutes to confirm no abnormalities before trial planing.

8. Strictly prohibit planing workpieces after removing the belt guard and cutter shaft guard to avoid personal injury caused by entanglement of foreign objects or belt breakage.

9. Apply force evenly during feeding. Impact or overload planing may cause workpiece damage, blade chipping, motor burnout, etc.

10. Do not leave the machine running unattended. Never leave the machine before the cutter shaft has completely stopped.

11. Never attempt to touch the cutter shaft or any rotating parts with any part of your body before the cutter shaft has completely stopped.

12. Always be alert to workpiece kickback. During kickback, the workpiece may be thrown toward the operator or pull the operator's hand into the rotating cutter shaft!!!

NHD Safety Electromagnetic Switch
This NHD safety electromagnetic switch is equipped with thermal overload protection, characterized by its ability to monitor motor current and temperature in real time. When motor overload or abnormal temperature rise is detected, it automatically cuts off the power supply, thereby preventing motor burnout due to overheating and ensuring operational safety of the equipment.

Cutter Head Safety Guard
