The industrial boiler pipeline cleaning
machine is a special device for cleaning away the dirt inside pipe
bundles of condensers of central air conditioners. Silt, scale, rust
residues and other impurities on the pipe walls are cleaned away through
the brush rotating at high speed and the rinsing water, therefore the
heat exchange efficiency is guaranteed, and the heat exchange efficiency
reduction and system pressure rise caused by dirt accumulation are
avoided. |

Attention |

1. The flexible shaft should be stretched
completely before powering on the machine, otherwise the mechanical core
inside the shaft core will be twisted off, and the customers need to
purchase accessories at their own expenses for replacing the damaged
accessories. |

2. When the machine is not used for a
long time, please pull out the flexible shaft, and apply oil to the
flexible shaft so as to maintain it and prevent the shaft core from
rusting. |

3. When the machine is powered on and
works, do not touch the transmission device with hands to avoid
injuries. |

cleaning machine can pass through elbows easily and smoothly, is
suitable for straight pipes, U-shaped pipes and S-shaped pipes
and has high flexibility and practicability. |

Wet and dry
separation is achieved. The water directly enters the flexible
shaft and does not pass through the main unit, so that the water
is prevented from entering the main unit. |

operation, and the universality can be higher. |

The rotating speed
can be adjusted within the range of 0-1400r/min, and stepless
variable-frequency speed control is adopted. The torque knob is
also designed for torque control in the working process. |

Physical descaling and high cleaning capacity are achieved. The
motor drives the flexible shaft and the brush/tool bit to rotate
at high speed, and the water flows through the nylon pipe sleeve
and flows out of the tail end of the flexible shaft to carry the
dirt away. |

Assembly Method |
 |
|
After receiving the product, the operator
can assemble the main unit and accessories according to the following
steps. |
|
Step1, connect the control cabinet
and main unit through the data cable.
Step 2, connect the foot switch to
the pneumatic connector of the main unit.
Step 3, install the coupling.
Step 4, connect one end of the
flexible shaft to the main unit.
Step 5, connect one end of the
water pipe to the flexible shaft, and connect the other end of the water
pipe to the water source.
Step 6, connect the tool bit or
brush head to the other end of the flexible shaft.

After assembling the product correctly, the

Step 1, connect the three live wires and one
ground wire to the electric box.
Step 2, turn on the main switch of the machine.
Step 3, adjusting the rotating speed
according to the working condition.
Step 4, adjust the torque according to
the working condition.
