Overview |
|
The foam generator is used to mix the
cleaning agent with water and then to convert the mixture into foam
through the air so as to achieve the purpose of improving the cleaning
effect and speed. The foam can better attach the cleaning agent to the
surface of the object to be cleaned, thereby increasing the utilization
rate of the cleaning agent, reducing the consumption of the cleaning
agent and saving the cost. The principle is to mix the cleaning agent
with water and produce the foam by means of the flow of air. When the
air enters the machine from the inlet of the foam generator, a negative
pressure area will be formed at the inlet, and the mixture of the
cleaning agent and water will be sucked. As the air continues to flow, a
vortex will be formed inside the foam generator, and the mixture of the
cleaning agent and water will be fully mixed and sprayed through the
nozzle to form the foam. |

Attention |
1. Be sure to wear goggles before
operation.
2. Please turn off the power when the machine is repaired or unattended.
Please unplug the device when the power supply is disconnected. Do not
use the machine if the plug and wires are damaged.
3. Do not use the machine when the ambient temperature is above 40 DEG
C.
4. When using the machine host and plug, please pay attention to keeping
your hands dry. Keep the machine clean.
5. Please do not use the machine around flammable gases and liquids.
6. When moving or starting the machine, pay attention to keeping
clothes, hair and other things away from the machine.
7. Keep the wires away from the heat source and prevent the wires from
making contact with sharp objects to avoid scratches.
8. Please do not place the machine on uneven surfaces and be sure to
keep it stable.
9. Stay alert - Please always pay attention to the operation conditions
of the machine. Always pay attention to the running components. Note
that the running components cannot get stuck before operation.
10 After using the foam generator, clean away the residual cleaning
agent on the machine with clean water.

The foam generator
is equipped with a long foam gun and a short nozzle, thereby
achieving different spraying effects and adapting to different
working environments. A 110V transformer is also given as a
present to solve the power supply problem. |

Installation and Operation
Method |
|
1. Confirm that the pressure gauge is 0,
open the drain valve to ensure that there is no air pressure inside the
device. When the drain valve is parallel to the water pipe, it is
opened. When the drain valve is perpendicular to the water pipe, it is
closed. |
|
2. Install the water inlet funnel in the
water inlet, and connect one end of the white PVC water pipe to the
drain outlet of the main machine. |
|
3. Install the nozzle or the long foam gun
at the other end of the white PVC water pipe. |
|
4. Plug the machine into the power and open
the water inlet valve. |
|
5. Add the cleaning agent easy to foam and
water according to actual working conditions. |
|
6. Close the water inlet valve. (Note: Do
not open the water inlet valve when there is air pressure in the
device.) |
|
7. Turn on the air compressor, and the
device will start to work when the air compressor reaches the rated
value. (Note: Repeat the above steps when the cleaning agent is added.
The air pressure inside the device must be completely discharged when
the cleaning agent is added.) |
