Attention |
|
1. Ensure that the power cord, switches and
socket with the rated current of 16A or above and the power
higher than the rated power of the equipment are used.
2. Do not touch the power cord or unplug the
machine with wet hands to prevent the electric shock hazards.
3. Do not place the power cord on hard and sharp
objects or near high-temperature facilities. Otherwise,
accidents are prone to occurring.
4. The waterproof level is IPX4. It is forbidden
to rinse the machine directly with water or clean the machine
with a high-pressure water gun, otherwise the circuit will be
damaged and the danger will occur.
5. When heating is conducted, the oil temperature
should not exceed 200 degrees Celsius, otherwise it may cause a
fire risk.
6. Do not touch the equipment in the working
process to prevent scalds.
7. The interior of each fryer will be coated with
anti-rust oil before leaving the factory, please clean it away
before use.
8. The fryer should be placed on a clean and flat
tabletop, and there is a smoke exhaust devices around it. There
should be no flammable or explosive materials in the working
area. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Use a neutral cleaner to clean away the
anti-rust oil in the basket and pot.
2. Start the machine and set the temperature.
When the set temperature is reached, the heating indicator light
will be off. Place the prepared food ingredients (keep the food
ingredients dry as much as possible, as the excessive moisture
can affect the frying process) into the pot from the edge of the
pot to prevent splashing.
3. Close the cover and rotate it for 3-5 turns.
The cover cannot be too loose or too tight.
4. Press the numerical buttons on the menu to
select the temperature program to be executed.
5. After the work is completed, the pressure will
be automatically released, and the cover can be opened only when
the pressure gauge points to 0. Otherwise, it may cause the
scalding risk.
6. After opening the cover, place the cover on
the bracket, wear anti-scald gloves and then lift the frying
basket with tools. |
