  Fourfold explosion-proof protection:

22L large-capacity oil cylinder:

Multiple food ingredients can be fried in one time to meet the needs of multiple people and respond to the large passenger flow. 304 stainless steel inner container is adopted and has the advantages of corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.

  Frying basket:

It can be divided into three layers, conveniently holds various food ingredients independently, is easy and convenient to lift, place and clean. Different food ingredients are prevented from being mixed, and the taste of the food can be well kept.

 
External heating coil:

It is free of direct contact with oil and free of contamination of the food ingredients, and achieves quick heating and high efficiency.

  Independent oil discharging outlet:

Operation Method

1. Use a neutral cleaner to clean away the anti-rust oil in the basket and pot.

2. Start the machine and set the temperature. When the set temperature is reached, the heating indicator light will be off. Place the prepared food ingredients (keep the food ingredients dry as much as possible, as the excessive moisture can affect the frying process) into the pot from the edge of the pot to prevent splashing.

3. Close the cover and rotate it for 3-5 turns. The cover cannot be too loose or too tight.

4. Press the numerical buttons on the menu to select the temperature program to be executed.

5. After the work is completed, the pressure will be automatically released, and the cover can be opened only when the pressure gauge points to 0. Otherwise, it may cause the scalding risk.

6. After opening the cover, place the cover on the bracket, wear anti-scald gloves and then lift the frying basket with tools.
