| This is an efficient ventilation
duct cleaning machine. The brush disc is driven by a flexible
shaft to rotate so as to loosen dust, the vacuum cleaner at the
front end simultaneously sucks the dust into a collection bag,
achieving simultaneous cleaning and dust suction. The machine is
equipped with a high-definition camera, and the operator can
observe the duct interior operation conditions in real time and
records videos for documentation. The whole duct cleaning
machine is small in size and light in weight, can be operated by
a single worker to accomplish duct cleaning in hotels,

| 1. Before starting the
machine, ensure the flexible shaft is fully extended. Failure to
do so will twist off the shaft core. Any accessory damage caused
by this will be at the customer's own expense for replacement
parts. 2. Wear
safety goggles and protective gloves before operation. During
operation, do not touch the transmission device to avoid danger.
3. Place the machine on a
clean, dry and stable ground. Keep the machine clean at all
times.
4. Do not operate the machine
when the environmental temperature is above 40˚C.
5. The machine must be
grounded. Ensure the power supply matches the rated voltage of
the machine.
6. If the tablet computer is
not in use for an extended period, fully charge it before
turning it off. Recharge it fully and power it on to activate it
once every other month.
7. After operation, clean the
dust bag timely to prevent reduced suction power or damage to
the fan.
8. Handle the camera with care
to avoid collision damage during use. |

applicable to most commercial and industrial ventilation
systems. 2. The machine is
equipped with a 2800W high-power motor and dual
negative-pressure fans with a large air volume of 2000m³/h,
ensuring the powerful vacuum suction.
3. The machine features a
high-definition camera for real-time monitoring and video
recording, and is equipped with a 160˚ wide-angle lens to
clearly display the cleaning effect inside the duct. A branded
tablet computer is designed for lossless HD image transmission,
enabling intuitive quality control.
4. The suction and cleaning
integrated machine can be operated by a single person, reducing
the labor cost and improving work efficiency.
5. The main unit is equipped with
a hose winding support frame, which effectively stores the
flexible hose, saves the storage space and facilitates
transportation and on-site transfer.

Control Panel
The control panel is of an integrated structure, achieves
independent control over vacuum suction, brush operation, speed
regulation, mode selection and rotation direction control, is
clear and visual in function division and effectively avoids
misoperation.

Flat Panel Display
The 11-Inch flat panel display
enables the operator monitor to observe and monitor the duct
interior cleaning state in real time, effectively improving the
cleaning quality and effect. It is convenient to store and
resistant to dust and collision.

Filtering Assembly
The wrinkle type filter materials
are adopted to substantially increase the effective filter area
and effectively filter various pollutants away. The filtering
assembly is matched with the fans to prevent dust from entering
the machine and prolong the service life.

Flexible Shaft
The 15m flexible shaft is used in
conjunction with the brushes and guide supports to achieve
effective cleaning and dust suction. It can be effectively wound

Fixing Buckles
The fixing
buckles can be quickly tightened and released to achieve
combination and separation of the top unit and the box body,

environments through the universal wheels, and the flexible

| 1.
Take down the flexible hose, connect one end of the hose to the
main unit, and ensure the buckle is tightly connected. Install a
brush head with the appropriate size at the other end according
to the working conditions.
2. Install the guide frame suitable for the duct around the
camera.
3. Ensure the dust bag is
installed in place to prevent dust from damaging the fan.
4. Start the machine, connect the
main unit to the tablet computer. Place one end of the brush
head into the duct and start operation.
5. Clean the dust bag after the
operation is completed. |
