3. Do not cover the induction head with metal objects.

4. The machine is only suitable for sealing non-metal containers such as plastic bottles and glass bottles, and cannot seal the metal bottles and bottles with metal caps.

5. Before sealing, ensure the bottle openings are free of oil stains, water stains and impurities, and the aluminum foil gaskets are flatly attached to the bottle caps.

6. Do not seal the bottles exceeding the applicable range of the machine.

7. The adhesive layers on the induction sealing film and the sealed material should be the same, and glass (hot melt adhesive) film can also be used for sealing.

8. It is strictly forbidden to put anything in the seal region.

Supporting Mechanism

The universal wheels are designed for achieving convenient movement of the machine and adapting to different working environments. The adjustable supporting legs can stably support the machine and reduce vibration of the machine.
　

2. Rotate the rear handwheel to move the induction head forward and backward to align the triangular mark with the center of the bottle cap. Rotate the top handwheel to adjust the height of the induction head according to the height of the bottle so as to ensure the interval between the bottle cap and the induction head is 2-5mm.

3. Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on, and the digital screen displays the operating voltage/current. Turn the power control knob to adjust the power as needed.

4. Start the conveyor belt or production line, convey the bottles to the position below the induction head, and the machine automatically accomplish electromagnetic induction sealing.

5. After all the bottles are sealed, stop the conveyor belt or production line, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.

6. Wait for the machine to completely cool down, and then clean and maintain the machine thoroughly.
