This equipment is a pneumatic sealing packaging machine specifically developed for the fresh-keeping packaging of foods such as fresh meat, aquatic seafood, and prepared foods. Featuring a dual-station design, it simultaneously performs vacuum pumping, nitrogen gas flushing, and heat sealing for two meal boxes at once. This not only significantly improves packaging efficiency for pre-made dishes, salads, and other boxed foods but also effectively inhibits microbial growth and food oxidation, extending shelf life. It efficiently seals various types of trays with a tight, leak-proof closure, making it ideal for takeaway delivery in various stores.

The packaging is resistant to spilling, and the one-time film sealing effectively prevents tampering during transportation. It is primarily used in fast-food chains, central kitchens, pre-made food factories, fresh supermarkets, and takeaway meal industries, and is particularly suitable for high-frequency packaging of products such as boxed meals, salads, braised prepared foods, cut fruits, and high-end pastries.

1. Cleaning: After work is completed and the power is turned off, wait for the machine to cool down. Then, use a damp cloth with a mild cleaning agent to wipe the machine's exterior. (Note: Do not rinse with water or use strong cleaning agents.) Once the machine has cooled, use a soft brush to remove any residue from the sealing plate, heating plate, and cutting blade.
2. Inspection: After a period of use, it is recommended to check whether machine parts show any abnormalities. (If any issues are found, please troubleshoot promptly or contact the manufacturer.)

Aluminum Mold
Precision CNC-machined in one-piece with anodized surface treatment, featuring excellent oxidation resistance and thermal conductivity. Ensures uniform temperature distribution during heat sealing to enhance packaging efficiency.

Precision Film Handling System
The system enables simple and convenient loading and unloading of the sealing film, ensuring precise film application and neat, smooth sealing. This results in aesthetically pleasing, hermetically sealed packages with consistently smooth and even edges.

304 Stainless Steel Body
Constructed with corrosion-resistant thickened 304 stainless steel for enhanced durability. Strategically designed cooling vents effectively dissipate excess heat during operation, preventing overheating and ensuring machine protection.

Supporting Leg
Four rubber supporting legs at the bottom, which are non-slip, wear-resistant, and provide good silence, ensure the stability of the machine and prevent water from entering from the bottom.

1. Plug in the power cord and turn on the power switch. Once powered on, the equipment will begin preheating. The temperature is typically set between 160 and 170 degrees (the exact temperature depends on the material of the film, and can be adjusted based on specific operational conditions).
2. Once the set temperature is reached, please press the ON button.
3. Place the tray with products into the mold and press the RUN button.
4. The sealing system will automatically enter operational mode (automatic film pressing, automatic film cutting, and automatic film rewinding‌).
5. Once the process is complete, please remove the finished packaged product. This concludes one packaging cycle.
