Legend description:

5. Use as few pipe bends as possible in the main road to reduce the pressure loss caused by too long pipelines or too many bends.

Product use procedure:

1. Properly install the equipment and pipelines, and use the leak detection device to check whether there is serious gas leakage in the pipelines. Before use, ensure that there is no air leakage in the pipeline.

2. Check the evaporative pressure gauge (refrigerant pressure gauge) on the front panel of the unit before starting, and the correct value should be above 0.4Mpa.

3. Open the heat dissipation plate on the right side, open the cover of the electric control box in the lower left corner, and connect the power cable according to the power requirements on the nameplate (do not supply power to the unit for the time being). Ensure that there is no leakage in the power connection, that the power cable bears sufficient power load, and that a good power connection device is arranged on site.

4. Open the air inlet valve and air outlet valve of the unit, and ensure that the bypass valve of the air inlet and outlet of the unit is normally closed.

5. After the above operations are completed, close the power supply switch of the main power supply of the unit and close the air switch in the electric control box (do not start the unit for the time being). At this time, the power indicator on the front panel of the unit is on, otherwise check whether the wiring circuit is wrong or the three-phase phase sequence of the power supply is wrong; if other indicators are also on, stop the operation.

6. Ensure that the power connection is normal, and press the "Start" button on the front control panel of the unit after each valve is opened and closed correctly. Then the unit will start normally.

7. After 3 minutes of normal startup, check whether the "evaporation pressure gauge" (refrigerant low pressure gauge) is between 0.3 and 0.5Mpa. If it is not stopped, confirm with the technician of the company in time before operation. (Note: there is no compressed air inside the unit at this time, and it is in a no-load state.)

8. The air compressor can be started only after the unit starts normal operation for 3 minutes. (Note: Before opening the air compressor, ensure that the valve of the pipeline is opened and closed without error.)

9. After the unit runs normally for 10 minutes, the drainer will drain normally. Confirm that all steps are correct, and close the chassis plate after the unit runs normally.

Note:

1. Use dry air to blow the radiator inside the unit every week to ensure that the surface of the radiator fin is free of dust and oil. At least twice a week (manual).

2. Check whether the drainer drains properly at least twice a day.

3. Check whether the operating environment (equipment room) temperature of the unit is normal every day to prevent adverse heat dissipation of the device due to high ambient temperature.

4. When the unit is closed (end of work), it must be ensured that the total power supply is also cut off.

5. Each time you start or shut down, you must be at least three minutes apart to avoid damage to the compressor.
