This product is mainly used for the production of semi-rigid polyurethane products, with spraying and pouring functions.
This machine is provided with left and right two independent material boxes. Two different liquid materials enter two ring piston metering pumps from the two material boxes respectively, the motor is started, the two metering pumps are driven through the gearbox, and the two liquid materials are respectively conveyed to the nozzle at the same time according to the preset proportion of a single group. The liquid material is atomized through the compressed air, so that the liquid material is evenly sprayed to form the required product.

Time control: when quantitative injection is conducted, the flow is determined, and the time relay timing value is set; when spraying is conducted, the time relay is set to 0, and the nozzle is controlled to start and stop.

1. Measurement accuracy: Due to the use of low-speed and high-precision metering pumps, when the material temperature, pressure and viscosity fluctuate, the mixing ratio is unchanged, and the highest accuracy can be achieved.

2. A and B components of the stock liquid are stirred at a high speed at the ratio and respectively transported to the mixing head by the two high-precision metering pumps. After compressed air atomization is conducted, the material liquid is sprayed evenly to form the required product.

3. The spray gun has a simple structure, reliable performance and easy operation. Spray mist and uniform foaming are achieved.
