Operation Way:

1. Do not use this sprayer for the spraying of oily materials.
2. Connect the air pressure sensor to check whether there is air leakage at the connection part of the gas pipe (this machine is pneumatic induction control, air leakage will affect the sensitivity of the switch.
3. Before starting each time, please inject the mixed cooked rubber powder (or diluted real stone paint) into the hopper first. Start the cooked rubber powder or real stone paint from the other end of the high-pressure pipe can flow out. (Before this operation, please remove the nozzle to prevent the residual old material in the material tube from blocking the nozzle.
4. Plug in the power, switch to the automatic position, motor control the switch, and confirm that the switch indicates the automatic state.
5. After turning on the air source switch, slowly adjust the potentiometer switch clockwise, and reconfirm that the material pipe and the connecting parts are intact without leakage, then pour the normal use of real stone paint. When used, the speed should not be too fast, and the corresponding nozzle discharge amount is good enough for normal use, otherwise it will reduce the service life of the rubber sleeve screw.
