Control
Panel
LCD control panel, the data at a
glance; You can set tape width, run speed, wire diameter,
language, etc. There is a stop button on the control panel,
which can stop the operation of the machine quickly in case
of emergency to ensure the personal safety of the operator.
The function of the reset button is to restart the
machine and to restore it to normal working state when the
machine is faulty or abnormal.

Blade
The blade is convenient for cutting the
tape, so that improves the quality of production. Be careful
of the sharpness of the blade when using it!

Fixing
Bracket
The fixing bracket can hold the tape in
place, so that the wire is always stable in the center
position and wound more evenly. It is more convenient to
change the tape, and different sizes of tape can be replaced
according to requirements.

Wheel
The winding speed is faster. Take the
6-meter wire as an example, winding is about 50 seconds.
After the wire passes through the two wheels, press the lift
wheel, that is, clamping for automatic wiring, driven by the
wheel, the operator does not need to hold the wire by hand.
The density of the coiled tape can be controlled by the
adjustable speed of the wheels!
