And never use the same power supply with other electrical
equipment, in order to avoid the danger of overload.
4、Please ensure the controller grounding properly, and check if
the connection is firm. Improper grounding may cause the
electric shock accident.
5、Please follow the rule of separation of strong and weak
electricity when installing and wiring.
6、Please install the controller firmly, in case the controller

Robust Construction, Engineered for Longevity: Upgraded
Core Pump: We have moved beyond standard water pumps by
equipping this unit with a dedicated, high-temperature resistant
cast iron circulating pump. This pump type is renowned for its
robust construction and excellent resistance to thermal fatigue,
ensuring stable performance and an extended service life even
under continuous high-temperature operation.
User-Friendly Design, Effortless Operation: Featuring a
clear large LED digital display and an intuitive control panel.
Operators can easily set and monitor temperatures without
extensive training, significantly reducing the learning curve
and potential for errors. |
Pre-Startup Checklist
●Check that power cables and all water hoses connected to the
cooling tower are secure and leak-free.
●Confirm that the external cooling water tower is operational
and that the entire system water circuit is filled and
circulating properly.
●Ensure all pipeline valves are in the correct open position.
Startup & Operation
●Turn on the main power switch to energize the unit. The control
panel display will illuminate, showing the current system water
temperature.
●Press and hold the "RUN" button for approximately 3 seconds to
start the unit. The circulating pump will begin operation, and
the heater will automatically start heating based on the set
temperature.
●Set the desired temperature on the control panel: Press the
"SET" button, use the arrow keys to adjust the value, and press
"SET" again to confirm.
Operation Monitoring
●The unit will automatically heat up and maintain the set
temperature.
●During operation, monitor the actual temperature on the display
and listen to the pump for smooth operation, ensuring no unusual
noise or vibration.
Shutdown Sequence
●Upon production completion, press and hold the "STOP" button
for approximately 3 seconds. The unit will stop heating.
●CRUCIAL NOTE: After stopping, DO NOT turn off the main power
immediately! Allow the circulating pump to continue running for
at least 5-10 minutes to dissipate residual heat from the mold
and the internal components of the unit. This is a vital
maintenance step to protect both your equipment and your mold.
●After this cooling-down process, you may turn off the main
power switch.
Routine Maintenance
●Periodically check the entire water circuit for leaks.
●Regularly clean the inlet water filter to prevent clogging.
●Keep the unit and its surroundings clean and well-ventilated. |
