Usage Instructions
1. Check the machine weather is on the same
horizontal level with the desk.
2. Open the power switch.
3. Press the English version and getting
into the system.
4. As per the product requirement, there
are two taping method which is full wrap and point wrap.
A. Running speed: The speed is from 1-7,
1 is slowest and 7 is the high speed.
B. Point wrapping laps: Input the set
laps no. and press the foot pedal to start the wrapping.
C. Full wrapping: Choose the full
wrapping mode, press the foot switch which the machine will
start to work slowly, if the foot switch is not loosen and the
machine will going for high speed running, if the foot pedal is
loosen and the machine will stop.
D. Point wrapping: If choose the point
wrapping, which need add the wrapping laps quantity first and
press the foot pedal, when the set quantity is finished and the
machine will be stopped.
Precautions
1. Confirm that the power voltage
matches the device requirements to prevent damage caused by
voltage instability;
2. Keep hands away from rotating parts
during operation to avoid mechanical injury;
3. Use only in dry indoor environments,
and avoid exposure to moisture or corrosive substances;
4. Regularly check the tape tension
device and transmission components for looseness or wear;
5. This product is not intended for use
by children or untrained personnel;
6. If the device overheats abnormally or
emits unusual noises, immediately disconnect the power and
contact after-sales service;
7. Add oil every shift;
8. Use only tape rolls of the
specifications designated by the manufacturer to prevent jamming
or reduced packaging effectiveness. |
