1. There is no plug on the power
cord. Please let a professional electrician conduct wiring
operation and ensure reliable grounding. Ensure the power supply
meets the power requirements of the machine.
2. Do not put hands into the
machine during operation. Do not touch the running parts during
operation.
3. Before use, check whether
the screen lock nut and hopper lock nut are tightened. Do not
loosen the lock nuts during operation.
4. Be sure to turn off the
power before maintenance and repair.
5. Feed the bones evenly and
slowly during crushing. Do not feed a large quantity of bones at
a time to avoid overloading and jamming.
6. Wear protective gloves and
goggles to avoid accidents during operation.

Driving Motor

Feeding Inlet
The enlarged feeding inlet is of a
slope structure, facilitating smooth feeding of bones with
different sizes. The inlet baffle is designed for preventing
hands of the operator from entering the inlet, reducing the
injury risk and improving the operation safety.

Control Panel
The control panel is simple in
structure and convenient to operate, integrates the start
button, stop button and E-stop button, achieves precise and safe
operation of the machine and reduces the maintenance cost.

Cutter Assembly
The 3 cutter heads are combined to
form a ladder structure, can efficiently crush bones and other
hard materials and have high crushing uniformity and efficiency.
The cutter heads are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, and

Storage Drawer
The
stainless steel storage drawer is firm, durable, resistant to
wear and corrosion, free of odor and easy to clean. The
large-capacity opening design facilitates quick storage and
transfer. The moving wheels allow the drawer to be pulled and
pushed conveniently and effortlessly.

Casters
The casters adopt a
360˚ rotating structure, easily achieves movement and turning of
the machine, greatly improves the carrying and moving efficiency
and saves time and labor. The casters are reliable, durable,
resistant to wear and impact and long in service life.

| 1. The
power connection method of the machine is three-phase and
four-wire connection (the neutral line must be connected).
Before turning on the power and starting the machine, open the
feed hopper and check whether there are any abnormal debris in
the crushing chamber. 2.
Start idling and check whether the cutter's rotation is correct.
If the direction is reversed, please change the wiring sequence
of any two live wires of the power cord. After confirming that
the cutter's rotation is correct, tighten the feed hopper lock
nut to meet the crushing conditions. The machine can be put into
production.
3. It is prohibited to put hard
iron objects into the crushing chamber.
4. If abnormal sound is detected,
stop the machine immediately, check the cause and eliminate the
fault before restarting the machine.
5. It is recommended to install
the machine in an independent workplace. |
