1. After receiving the machine, open
the closed wooden box, undo the wrapping film, and install the
conveyor belt:when installing the conveyor belt, be careful not
to clamp the fixing nut on the conveyor belt, adjust the tension
of the conveyor belt, and connect the ground wire.
2. Adjust the two adjustment nuts in front of the conveyor belt,
which should not be too tight. It is advisable for the conveyor
belt to operate normally.
3. Before startup:Check if each fastening screw is loose during
transportation: Activate the molding control switch:Brush edible
oil one by one on the flling tray, forming tray, and conveyor
belt.
4. Selection of mold:
Factory supplied molds for this machine: 32, 37, 42, 46, 50.
Mold No.32 can process buns with belt flling weighing 25-45
grams.
Mold No.37 can process buns with belt flling weighing 45-70
grams.
Mold No.42 can process buns with 70-90 grams of continuous belt
flling.
Mold No.46 can process buns with 90-135 grams of continuous belt
flling.
Mold No.50 can process buns with 135-150 grams of continuous
belt flling.
If you want to process oversized or undersized buns, please
contact the manufacturer and receive special molds.
5. Power on operation:
(1) Choose a mold according to your own needs
(2) Next, let's take 50g of steamed buns as a demonstration:
screw on the die for the No.42 flling tube, and place the well
made dough into the dough compartment.
(3) Connect the power and turn on the supply switch.
(4) According to the video instructions, wait for the machine
head to be flld with dough and let the noodle supply system
operate normally for a while.Make a hollow cylinder.
(5) Turn on the forming control switch, rotate the speed control
switch, usually operated by beginners, it is recommended to make
hollow buns around 20;Measure the weight of the hollow bun,
adjust the molding speed according toyour own needs, and control
the weight of the bun skin. Taking 50 grams of
baozi as an example, with 30 grams of baozi skin and 20- 30
grams of flling: If the weight of the baozi skin that comes out
now is small, rotate the feeding speed control switch clockwise
to increase the feeding speed, and then weigh the baozi skin
until it reaches the required weight. This process does not
waste flour, and the resulting baozi skin can be stored in the
flour bin for continued use.
(6) After adjusting the weight of the baozi skin, turn off the
forming and feeding system, pour the prepared flling into the
flling hopper, turn on the flling switch,rotate the speed
control switch clockwise, and adjust it to around 30 (the
frequency conversion data for flling refers to the feeding data,
the flling data is slightly smaller than the feeding data (about
20), and the raw flling data is the same as the feeding data
(30). Use your hand to block the flling mouth to exhaust the air
inside the flling tube. After feeling that the flling has come
out and there is pressure, turn off the flling control switch,
and then turn on the forming control, feeding control, and
flling control in sequence. After the baozi comes out, weigh the
third baozi. If it is not 50 grams, it means that the flling is
small. Rotate the flling speed control switch according to the
weight. Adjust the difference value, then weigh it until it
reaches the required weight, and the machine can work normally. |
