Overview |
| The LCD abrasion tester is a
laboratory instrument which is widely used, standardized and
highly reliable, and is specially designed for testing and
evaluating the abrasion performance of various materials, such
as cloth, paper, coating, plywood, leather, floor tile, glass
and natural rubber. The working principle is that a pair of
grinding wheels with the specified loads abut against the
rotating sample and are driven to abrade the sample when the
sample rotates, the sample can be removed after rotating by a
certain number of times, and the abrasion state can be observed.
The abrasion test has the advantages of high testing precision,
time and speed adjustability and high practicability, and can
provide reliable, quantitative and repeatable data for material
research and development, quality control, product comparison
and standard compliance tests. |

clear digital display and real-time monitoring. The testing
parameters can be set and adjusted as required through different
buttons, achieving accurate control over the test. The speed
knob is designed for flexibly adjusting the rotating speed of
the sample fixture, well meeting different testing speed

Three kinds of
different loading weights including 750g, 500g and 250g weights
are provided for achieving accurate and flexible load control.
Different load values can be generated through superposition and
combination to cater to different testing requirements, the data
comparability is ensured, and the testing efficiency and

vacuum cleaning system is adopted to effectively removing the
abrasive dust generated by the abrasion test. The vacuuming part

The samples to be
tested can be supported and fixed firmly and reliably through
the sample fixture, and can be replaced effortlessly and

grinding wheels are detachably installed to grind the sample

Operation
Method |
I. Test preparation:
1. The test sample is fixed on the testing rotating disc, select
and install the needed test weights, and make sure that the
testing abrasive wheels do not make contact with the sample
fixture during the test.
2. After setting the testing number of times according to the
test requirements, the machine is located in the test state.
II. Operating steps:
1. Connect the suitable power supply (110V).
2. Rotate the testing disc manually, and ensure the abrasive
wheels do not make contact with the fixture during testing.
3. Turn on the power, then conduct a test run of the machine.
Turn off the power if there are any abnormalities.
4. Set the testing parameters on the control panel according to
the testing requirements.
5. Press the RUN button, the machine will enter the test status.
6. Turn on the power switch of the vacuum cleaner, so that it
begins to work.
7. When the test counter reaches the set value, the machine will
automatically stop and is located in the standby mode.
8. Turn off the power, remove the test sample and clean the
machine. |
