Control Panel
The control panel includes four functions:
power switch, output regulation, start and stop. Easy to
understand, simple and convenient operation. |
Vent Hole
There are some vents on the machine, which
can timely discharge the excess heat generated by the machine,
prevent the temperature from being too high, and protect the
machine. |
Air Inlet
This is the air inlet of the fan, please do
not cover this area before turning on the machine!!! |

Outlet
Do not touch the area above the fan with
your hands! The electrode outlet should be at a certain distance
from the object being processed, do not get too close! The black
corrugated tube should not be touched by hand and should not be
placed near metal under normal power-on conditions! |
High Voltage Output
The high voltage output connector is not
only simple and easy to use, but also has a wide range of
applications and good processing results, as well as simple
maintenance and processing flexibility. |
Casters
The bottom of the machine is equipped with
four movable universal casters, which not only facilitate the
movement and handling of the equipment but also can be fixed at
any time, saving time and effort. |

Usage Steps
1. The control box shall be placed on a fixed plane, and the side shall be
20cm away from the wall Above, in order to facilitate machine
ventilation and heat dissipation.2.
Hold the root of the nozzle by hand (near the bellows), and move
the head back and forth to the surface of the object to be
treated.
3. The nozzle of one or more machines
can be clam on a fixed station by a fixing piece,(The station is
determined by the user according to the actual application of
the production line.) Align the curved surface of the part to be
processed. The cable between the nozzle and the control box
shall be natural and shall not be bent at a large angle, so as
to prevent the corrugated pipe from bending and breaking and
causing danger.
4. Connect the power supply correctly,
and check the position between the front of the nozzle of the
processor and the part to be processed.
5. Check whether there are other
sundries in the room, and connect the power supply after
confirming that there are no sundries.
6. Press the "Power switch" button, the
power indicator lights up, and the stop indicator lights up.The
fan in the nozzle is running, and a stable air volume begins to
be sent out, and the processor is in a working waiting state.
7. Press the "start" button, the start
indicator light is on, the stop indicator light is off,
The head emits a dense orange plasma.
8. If it is necessary to temporarily
stop the work during processing, press "Stop".Button, at this
time, the stop indicator is on, the start indicator is off,
there is no plasma output, but the fan is still running. The
processor returns to the standby state.
9.When the processor needs to be shut down after work, it can be
in the standby or processing state.Turn off the power switch
directly. |
Precautions
1. Safe use
-The host of the 3D machine shall be installed in a dry and
ventilated place without smoke and dust pollution.
Dust shall be removed frequently to avoid short circuit caused
by high voltage ignition and damage to the main machine.
-Properly connect the power supply and reliably ground the
housing of the main machine to avoid induction of the machine.
-Ozone exhaust device shall be set at the production site to
prevent ozone from damaging human health.
When the nozzle is operated by hand, the hand should not be
close to the front half of the nozzle, and the ejected plasma
should not be close to or close to the human body.Avoid electric
shock or burns.
-The maintenance of the machine should be in the charge of
professionals, and non-professional maintenance personnel should
not open it.
-The machine repairs itself to avoid damage to the machine.
2. Maintenance
-Regularly check the grounding device of the machine to ensure
reliable grounding.
-Regularly check the intactness of the ozone exhaust device,
and repair it in time if any damage is found.
-Regularly clean dust on the filter screen of the nozzle fan
and the dust on the discharge electrode to ensure.
-The air duct is unblocked and the machine is safe to work. |
