Operation
Method |
|
1.
Preparation before starting:
Check
whether the installation of the whole machine is normal,
whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements
(usually 110V, 50-60Hz), whether the lubrication
condition of each lubrication point is normal, and
whether the system air pressure meets the working
requirement (usually 0.4-0.6MPa).
2.
Installation and adjustment of the screen printing
plate:
Loosen
the fixing screws of the screen printing plate, install
the screen printing plate into the screen wall clamp,
adjust the distance between the screen printing plate
and the printed material to be 1-2mm, and then fix the
screws.
3.
Placement of the to-be-printed material:
Place the
to-be-printed material on the workbench and fix it with
clamps or fixtures to ensure that it will not move in
the printing process.
4.
Adjustment of the printing scraper:
Loosen
the locking screw and use the adjustment knob to adjust
the height of the printing scraper. By adjusting the air
flow rate of the upper and lower flow limiting valves of
the printing scraper head cylinder, the up-and-down
speed of the printing scraper can be adjusted. You can
also loosen the screw in the center of the printing
scraper to adjust the horizontal position of the
printing scraper.
5.
Printing operation:
Turn on
the power switch and air source switch, set the
"Function Setting" to the "MAN" single cycle printing
state, press the "Start/Stop" button or step on the foot
switch to conduct printing.
6.
Cleaning after printing:
Turn off
the power switch and air source switch, use clean cloth
or tissue to wipe the workbench, silk screen, scraper
and other components, and remove residual ink and
debris. |
