The electromagnetic induction
sealing technology is an advanced and mainstream sealing method
for sealing bottles today. Induction sealing has no contact,
fast sealing speed and good sealing performance, and is suitable
for sealing bottles made of non-metallic materials such as
plastic and glass. It is widely used in the industries of food,
beverage, oil, daily chemical, medical, etc. Please do not use
the machine in flammable and explosive products and places.
The machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic induction
heating. By means of non-contact induction heating, the aluminum
foil instantly melts the adhesive layer of the sealing film at
high temperature. After cooling, the sealing film is bonded with
the bottle mouth to complete the sealing. |

| 1. The machine can only seal
round bottle mouths, and cannot seal metal bottles and bottles
with metal caps. 2.
The adhesive layer on the induction sealing film should be made
of the material same as the sealed object, and glass (hot melt
adhesive) film can also be used for sealing.
3. Pure water or distilled
water must be selected as the cooling water of the machine, and
the water must be replaced once every three months. Antifreeze
must be added for use in cold areas to avoid freezing and
cracking pipelines.
4. It is strictly prohibited
to put anything on the sealing head.
5. There is high voltage in
the machine box. It is forbidden to open the machine box when
the machine is working.

Control Panel

Sealing Head
The sealing head is designed for
achieving non-contact sealing of non-metallic bottles through
electromagnetic induction, the clear scale marks are adopted to
make the sealing head adapt to bottle mouths of different
specifications, the sealing precision and reliability are
greatly enhanced, and the sealing consistency is higher.

Adjusting Handwheel
The adjusting handwheel is used to
flexibly adjusting the height of the sealing head within the
range of 20-400mm as required, meets the ergonomic standards, is
reliable and durable and greatly enhances the adjustment
flexibility and convenience.

The columnar indicator lamp has a
high identification degree, can clearly indicate the equipment
running state in complex working environments, facilitates
monitoring and judgment of the equipment state and effectively

Heat Dissipation Holes
The
hollowed heat dissipation design is adopted to achieve quick
heat dissipation and ventilation of the machine, protects the
internal parts from damage and burnout and ensures the machine
operates continuously and stably for a long time.

Universal Wheels
The
machine can be conveniently moved in different working
environments through the universal wheels, time and labor are
greatly saved, and the practicability is higher. The brake
design improves the fixing stability and reliability.

1. Install the sealing head and lifting bracket, and make the
sealing head parallel to the horizontal plane of the conveyor
belt.
2. Connect the sealing head
cooling water pipe and electric wire
3. Add water into the tank
(purified water is recommended).
4. After connecting the power
supply, open the front door and turn on the air switch.
5. Adjust the angle between the
sealing head sealing range marking line and the center line of
the conveyor belt according to the size of the bottle mouth and
the mark of the sealing head.
6. Adjust the height of the
sealing head so that the bottle cap is 2-5mm away from the
sealing head.
7. Start the machine, turn on the
power switch and press the start switch.
8. Adjust the power and conveyor
belt speed according to the sealing effect. The sealing speed is
related to the thickness of the bottle cap and the diameter of
the bottle mouth. The diameter is small, the bottle cap is
thick, and the sealing speed is slow. The sealing film has great
influence on the sealing speed and sealing quality. Please
choose high-quality sealing film.
