Efficient Filtration System
The aquaculture water is introduced into the filtration system
through the inlet, retaining particles >75 μm in size, and
discharge the intercepted waste through the sewage outlet,
reducing manual cleaning frequency and improving efficiency. |
Outlet Port
The filtered clean water is discharged through the dedicated
outlet pipelines, directly entering subsequent water treatment
or recirculation processes to ensure continuous system

Rapid Drainage
The drain port is equipped with a manually operated valve to
efficiently discharge water from the tank, facilitating cleaning
and maintenance while ensuring rapid tank drainage during system
shutdown. |
Inclined Drainage Chute
The sloped structure utilizes gravity to rapidly guide captured
debris and contaminants toward the drain port, promoting smooth
waste discharge, preventing accumulation blockages, and ensuring
continuous stable equipment operation. |
Backwash Pump
Integrated with timer and liquid level sensor, the backwash pump
generates high-pressure water flow to clean the screen, promptly
discharge waste, and maintain optimal filtration efficiency. The
system enables intelligent timed flushing and level-sensing
triggered cleaning, ensuring the filter screen returns to its
initial filtration state. |
