is a high-precision coaxial wire stripping equipment, which
adopts intelligent digital photoelectric technology. The
transmission is driven by NSK ball bearing and wire rod. Keep
the movement precision within 0.08mm. When the user replaces the
tool, it adopts a specific coaxial centering device, no need to
find the center again. The use of menu-based dialog control
system, easy to set each function.
It can be used for different range of coaxial cable stripping. |

- The machine adopts electric touch
function without accessing the air pressure, and can be turned
on directly.
- The host control system adopts high-precision PLC multi-point
control system to make the performance more stable.
- Three ways of working: a. automatic point-touch peeling; b.
can be manually peeling; c. foot switch operation peeling.
- Up to nine levels of peeling can be set without the need to
change blades. Front end with wire twisting function speed is
adjustable.
- The blade is made of imported Swiss tungsten steel, universal
15 high-precision grinding and processing, so that the blade's
kerf finish below 0.0005 mm. Ensure the precision of cutting and
the life of the blade. |
