The blade forming machine is auxiliary
equipment for flatbed die-cutting platemaking.The blade forming
machine is primarily used for creating various arcs and angles
on die-cutting blades and creasing rules. It features convenient
operation, high forming precision, and excellent working
quality, making it an ideal blade forming device for domestic
and international applications.
The CX-25B has been upgraded from the original CX-5A with the
addition of a rear limiting device, ensuring more convenient

1.Upon receiving the machine, the user
should unpack it, clean all parts of the machine body, and check
for any looseness.
2.Once preparations are complete, secure the machine to the
workbench using four M6 bolts and lubricate all oil holes.
3.Regularly inspect all screws for looseness and tighten
promptly if any are found.
4.Avoid excessive force during forming operations - particularly
with slender mandrels, and always secure the Fixed Die using
Ejector Pin to prevent mandrel damage.
5.Frequently lubricate all rotating shaft oil ports to maintain
smooth machine operation and prevent rust-related impacts on
product finish and service life.
6.Implement anti-corrosion measures if the machine remains idle
for extended periods. |

Die Gap Fine-Adjustment Handwheel
This black handwheel is the critical die
gap adjustment mechanism. Utilizing a precision threaded drive,
it allows operators to finely tune the vertical distance (gap)
between the punch and die, accommodating blades of varying
thicknesses, materials, or specific forming requirements. |

The CX-25B features a precision-engineered punch & die system
with nitrided punch for ±0.1° bending accuracy. Modular design
enables quick changeovers for varying thicknesses.15
interchangeable punches and 21 dies enable processing of diverse
workpiece dimensions. |
Stable Base with Easy Mounting
Features four standardized mounting holes on the machine base,
allowing for quick and secure fixation to a workbench or stand.
This design effectively prevents shifting or vibration during
operation, enhancing work stability, operational safety, and
simplifying workshop layout planning. |
Main Lever
This is the primary force actuator for the bending operation.
Utilizing lever mechanics, the operator presses down on this
extended lever to drive the internal mechanism, applying precise
and controlled bending force to the blade for final shaping. |
