the material bin.
2. The motor can only be stopped after the material bin is
completely empty.
3. The material must not contain large particles (diameter shall
not exceed 3 cm).
4. DO NOT put hands into the machine
during operation!!! |

Control
Panel
The control panel integrates a variable-speed frequency
converter, a fuse, a motor, and a vibration feeder control
switch. The vibration feeder's intensity can be adjusted based
on material size, making the system easy to operate. |

Vibrating Feeder
After the material enters the hopper, the vibrating feeder

1. Install the drive chain.
2. Install the drive chain guard.
3. Position the bucket assembly under the machine and align it
with the mounting holes for fixation.
(Note: This step requires at least three personnel for safe
installation. Maintain constant safety awareness!!!)
4. Secure the bucket's side support brackets by aligning and
fastening them with screws. (Screws are pre-installed on the
machine - remove them first before bracket installation)
5. After adjusting the bucket position, tighten all mounting
screws to secure the machine.
6. Install the discharge chute guard. |
