1. During installation, check if the
equipment is working properly and if the mechanical parts are
damaged. The underground television is used for vertical well
detection and image display detection, and applied to various
fields, such as water wells, geological and mining wells,
natural gas wells and coal mines. The diameter range is 8-30CM.
The probe light source is 9-12 LEDs with the power of 5W.
2. The equipment consists of a control box,
winch, downhole pulley and probe.
3. Before use, place the downhole pulley in
the middle of the wellhead, place the cable in the middle groove
of the pulley, connect all the components according to the
wiring diagram, and reinforce the counterweight when installing
the winch and downhole pulley. When connecting and replacing the
probe, do not press the wire on the docking joint, repeatedly
check , place it flat on the sealing ring, and tighten it with
the torque of 50KG.
4. After the main control box is powered on,
press the depth reset button to re-measure.
5. The transmission cable is a regular
logging cable. In the diving process, pay attention to
protecting the logging cable and prevent the cable from being
scratched by sharp objects on the well wall. Scratches on the
outer skin can cause water to enter the cable.
6. This device is a video detector and is
only suitable for the clear water environments. For turbid water
conditions, please use sonic logging instruments or purify the
water sources before use.
7. Before starting the motor and after
stopping the motor, the rotary speed control switch must be set
to 0, and sudden direction changes during motor operation are
strictly prohibited.
8. During cable winding, use your hands to
assist in arranging cables to prevent cable compression and
damage to the outer sheath.
9. After using the lens, rinse it with clean
water. It is strictly prohibited to wipe it with cloth or rinse
it with corrosive liquids to avoid the phenomena that the lens
is scratched, images are unclear, and even the use is affected.
10. The instrument is suitable for use at
45°C and has a maximum temperature of 60°C. It is prone to
damage if the temperature exceeds the range. When storing it,
please choose an environment with the temperature of 20°C or
above.
11. When the device is used in cold
temperature water wells, it is necessary to conduct cold
temperature treatment before measuring and detecting, so as to
avoid the phenomena that the lens is frosting due to temperature
differences, and the image cannot be displayed.
12. Before each use, tighten the detection
sealing part with a pipe clamp tool to prevent water from
entering due to loosening of the sealing part during
transportation.
13. Most cases of unclear images are due to
screen reflection under sunlight, and the device is placed in a
humid environment with temperature differences to cause the
screen to dim.
14. Probe water entering situation: front
glass damage, loose sealing joint, probe deformation due to
external reasons, cable sheath damage, sealing ring shrinkage
caused by the cold in the long-term placement in winter,
inadequate sealing of the combination joint, etc.
15. The electronic counter should not be used
at the temperature of lower than 0°C, otherwise it may cause
inaccurate readings.
16. Pay attention to the water and moisture
protection of the main control box to prevent conductive short
circuits on the panel.
17. Handle the equipment gently to avoid
severe collisions and drops.
18. The sealing part of the probe must not be
opened to prevent seal damage.
19. If there is obvious heating during
long-term operation of the motor, intermittent rest is needed to
facilitate sufficient heat dissipation.
20. In winter or when there is a large
temperature difference between the inside and outside of the
well, the lens will generate fog. Dip it in cold water for a
moment before entering the well.
21. This equipment belongs to video
detection. In case of turbid water, please use sewage treatment
agents and wash the well. For severe water quality, use sonic
logging instruments or resistance testing instruments.
22. This device has excellent performance
when used in clean water, with the definition of 1800 lines and
1080P resolution.
23. The equipment should be protected against
bumps during transportation.
24. Two power lines provide the external 220
voltage for the control box and electric winch respectively.
25. Connect the 5-core wire to the depth sensor
hole of the control box and the downhole pulley, and connect the
8-core wire to the probe hole of the control box and the
electric winch. |
