Adjustable nail angle machine puts the
v-nail into the angle of wooden frame under the mechanical
power or pneumatic power, to guarantee the angle stable and
deeply close. The width of v-nail is 0.4"-0.42"(10.3-10.8mm) in degree
89° to 90°.

Adjustment lever knob
When using the adjustable nail angle
machine with different heights of nails, the height of the nail
slot bottom support plate can be adjusted by rotating the
adjustment knob, thus enabling it to accommodate nails of
different heights without the need to replace the nail mold. |

Usage Steps
1. Check every spare part to make sure
if ready for working, then connect to air source with
slipping switch on. Then wait for a minute to check if there
any leakage of air or water. Check if the air pressure is
enough for working. The nailing air pressure is 0.6-0.8MPA;
pulling v nail is 0.22-0.4MPA.
2. Check if the v nail mould is locked
in tight and turn on the air valve to make the v nail tight
in the slot, press the foot-pedal to check if the v nail
could come out or not.
3. Put the frame moulding into the
angle plate and adjust the first and last nailing position
to make the frame will be assembled well. Then lock with the
handle.
4. After above adjustment, the machine is
ready for working. Put the frame moulding into angle plate and
then confirm the nailing position, half press the foot pedal to
make the hammer against the frame moulding, then check if the
frame angle is in the perfect assembling and press the foot
pedal again to nail the angle. The operator could nail a second
v nail at the same position without moving the frame moulding. |

1. Read instruction manual deeply
before operation start.
2. Non-operator is forbidded to operate
the machine to avoid injuries.
3. Every time before operation start,
check if there any oil or air leakage.
4. Do not put your hands under the
hammer when the machine is under working status.
5. Turn off the air sources when finish
working.
