Operation
Method |
|
1. Install the shaping mold
set/rubber strip/universal sleeve according to the
processing demands of jewelry.
2. Connect the machine to the 220V
power supply with reliable grounding, and turn on the
control switch.
3. Press the control keys to set the
processing parameters and rotate the knob to adjust the
speed.
4. Start to conduct shaping/press
polishing/wiredrawing operation as required.
5. After the jewelry is processed,
turn off the control switch and unplug the machine.
6. The operator can also conduct
manual shaping operation according to the steps of
rotating the manual press rod to move the upper mold
downwards, adjusting the micrometer to control the
pressing force and rotating the handwheel to shape the
bracelet.
7. After use, remove the residues on
the machine, and clean the machine thoroughly. |
