| This pneumatic soap cutting machine is
powered by air pressure and equipped with stainless steel
blades, enabling fast and precise cutting of soap blocks with a
thickness of 15-45mm and a maximum size of 100*80mm. It ensures
uniform slice thickness and eliminates rough edges caused by
manual cutting. The machine is suitable for cutting various
shapes of handmade soap blocks, including round, square, oval,
and more. It is primarily designed for small to medium-sized
handmade soap workshops, cosmetic laboratories, and customized
soap production. |

1. During
operation, keep hands away from the machine table to prevent
injury!!!
2. If abnormal noises occur during normal operation, stop the
machine immediately for inspection. Resume work only after
troubleshooting.
3. After daily use, clean the machine thoroughly.
4. Drain the air compressor every three days.
5. Add hydraulic oil (25ml) to the oil cup next to the air
filter once per month. |

Pneumatic
pusher & Soap baffle
The machine exit is designed with a pneumatic pusher on the side
and a soap baffle on top. The pusher quickly separates the soap
from the cutter, while the baffle prevents the soap from rising
with the cutter during the upward stroke. |

Step 1: At position "1", connect the
air compressor using an 8mm air hose; push the blue switch
inward.
Step 2: Adjust the screw at position "2" according to the
soap bar size for right-aligned cutting.
Step 3: Adjust the screw at position "3" based on the
soap block size to facilitate blocking.
Step 4: Toggle the switch at position "4" up/down to
start cutting.
Safety Checks:
1. Before starting the machine, verify the air circuit is
functional and the air pressure is between 5-9 MPa.
2. Inspect the blade and worktable for foreign objects. If
present, remove them to prevent blade damage.
3. Place the soap block flat in front of the blade before
operation. |
