1. When the machine tool is in operation, it is strictly
forbidden to wear gloves or touch the rotating parts of the
machine. Never pass objects across a running lathe. Workpiece
loading/unloading, tool installation, lubrication and chip
removal must all be performed after the machine is stopped. Use
brushes or hooks to remove iron chips - never use bare hands.
2. Never measure workpieces or attempt to stop a rotating chuck
by hand during operation. When using sandpaper, please place it
on a file holder. Operating sandpaper with gloves is prohibited.
Do not use torn sandpaper or files without handles.
3. Operators must not leave the machine during operation. If
abnormal operation is observed, please immediately stop the
machine and request maintenance. In case of sudden power
failure, turn off the machine immediately and retract tools from
the workpiece.
4. After completing machining, please remove all chips and wipe
down the machine to maintain cleanliness of both the equipment
and surrounding area.
5. Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating
the machine. Please keep children away and prevent them from
playing near the equipment.
6. Never touch cutting tools, please moving machine components
or rotating workpieces during operation. |

|
4-way Tool Post
The adjustable 4-way tool post on the lathe allows you to easily
change your cutting tools. The 8 screws allow you to better grip
the tool and finish the machining efficiently. |
Three Jaw Chuck
High-precision three-jaw chucks are used to clamp square and
round materials firmly. We also offer optional four-jaw chucks. |
Gearless Design
New gearless design! Brand new belt drive! Lower noise, no
longer need to change gears to adjust the processing thread,
only need to operate on the panel, processing efficiency greatly
improved! |

Metric Scale
Precise metric scale are provided on the saddle handle, the
tailstock handle and the movable center, allowing for more
accurate and
professional work. If you need the inch scale can
be customized. |
Accurate Tailstock
The tailstock is movable and fixed. With the taper in tailstock
spindle, this lathe machine is capable of adjusting set screws
for accurate operation. |
Slide
Rail
The slide rail is made of bearing steel, providing a more
reliable foundation for its core moving components. Bearing
steel offers high hardness and wear resistance, effectively
resisting friction wear caused by daily light cutting
operations. This helps maintain the flatness of the slide rail
surface, thereby extending its service life. |

Permanent Magnet DC Motor
The equipped permanent magnet DC motor (brushed type) perfectly
matches the positioning of desktop model equipment. Its core
advantages lie in its relatively simple structure,
cost-effectiveness, and ability to provide excellent starting
torque while delivering stable power output even at low speeds -
making it ideally suited for driving this type of small
precision instrument for lightweight cutting operations (such as
processing cork, plastics or wax materials).
Simultaneously, this motor achieves smooth stepless speed
regulation through a simple potentiometer, allowing users to
easily control the machining rhythm with intuitive and
convenient operation. |
Control Panel
The control area features a simple and intuitive design, with
operational convenience as its core advantage. The stepless
speed control knob allows users to make continuous, precise
adjustments within the spindle speed range based on material and
processing requirements - eliminating reliance on fixed gears
and significantly enhancing operational flexibility and
adaptability.
The start button is located to the right of
the knob, in a convenient position that is easy to reach. It can
be operated with one hand to easily turn the device on and off. |

-
Desktop Compact Design:
With an extremely small footprint, it's ideal for placement in
home studios, desktops, or workbenches, offering easy storage
and mobility.
- Premium Metallic Construction: The body primarily uses
aluminum alloy and copper materials, providing superior metallic
aesthetics and visual appeal compared to all-plastic models,
enhancing its display value.
- Lightweight Processing Capability: Equipped with basic turning
functions, it handles light cutting, trimming, and simple
shaping of soft materials (e.g., cork, wax, specific plastics),
meeting the basic needs of model-making and DIY enthusiasts.
- Mechanical Principle Demonstration: As a mini lathe, its
structural design visually demonstrates fundamental lathe
mechanics (e.g., spindle rotation, tool feed), combining
educational value with mechanical aesthetics.
- Entry-Level Learning Platform: Offers a relatively low-cost,
easy-to-operate platform for non-professionals or mechanical
hobbyists to explore basic lathe operations and experience
lightweight turning, serving as an entry-level learning tool. |
|
1. Mount the workpiece properly and lubricate the guide rails to
meet machine requirements before starting operation.
2. Remove the chuck wrench and any loose workpiece attachments
immediately after loading/unloading.
3. Adjust the tailstock, handwheel, etc. to proper positions as
needed for machining, then securely fasten/clamp them.
4. During the feeding process, the tool
should gradually approach the workpiece to avoid impact, while
maintaining a uniform speed during carriage reciprocation. When
changing tools, ensure proper clearance is maintained between
the tool and workpiece at all times.
