Overview |
| The automatic L-type sealing and
cutting machine is an efficient and intelligent packaging
device, integrates the functions of automatic feeding, L-type
sealing and cutting, is designed for mass production packaging
assembly lines and can be used in conjunction with a heat shrink
packaging machine to form stable and attractive package units.
It is equipped with a film frame system, an automatic feeding
conveyor belt, a sealing and cutting device, a temperature
control system, a photoelectric detection system, a control
system and so on, effectively improving the packaging
efficiency, the operation automation and the package uniformity,
saving packaging materials and time and enhancing the
adaptability and practicability. The automatic sealing and
cutting machine can be widely applied to the industries of
software, food, cosmetics, printing, ceramics, beverages,

Attention |
|
1. The machine must be reliably grounded to
ensure personal safety.
2. All pneumatic components and cylinder
speeds are preset at the factory. Users are generally advised
not to adjust them independently. If adjustment is necessary, it
should be performed under the guidance of technical personnel
with expertise in pneumatic systems.
3. If the pneumatic system loses pressure,
the sealing and cutting blade assembly may descend
automatically. This is a normal phenomenon.
4. During machine operation, operators must
not make contact with moving parts, especially under the sealing
and cutting blade, as it poses significant risks.
5. When setting the sealing temperature,
always follow the principle of starting low and gradually
increasing.
6. The surface of the sealing and cutting
blade (arc-shaped) is coated with a non-stick film layer. Do not
scrape it off with sharp tools, as this may cause the film to
adhere to the surface and severely disrupt packaging operations.
7. In case of machine malfunction,
immediately cut off the power supply to prevent further damage.
Operations may resume only after identifying the cause and
completing repairs.
8. Unauthorized modification of electrical wiring
by non-professional technicians is strictly prohibited.
9. The
machine should be used in conjunction with a heat shrink
packaging machine. |

1. The sealing knife is a Teflon-coated
anti-adhesive high-temperature-resistant aluminum alloy knife,
ensuring no cracking, no coking, no smoke and zero pollution
during sealing. The sealing knife itself also has an automatic
protection function, effectively preventing accidental cutting
of packaged items.
2. The digital display temperature controller
is adopted and has a built-in PID function. The temperature of
the sealing knife is extremely sensitive and accurate, and can
be set arbitrarily.
3. Automatic feeding is realized, and the
length can be automatically adjusted through the combination of
a photoelectric sensor and a timer.
4. The machine can be connected with the
production line to achieve automatic operation.

Operation
Method |
|
1. Operation Preparation
(1) Confirm the air pressure
(5-6KG/cm³).
(2) Turn on the side air switch, and
then turn on the power.
(3) Adjust the horizontal sealing
temperature of the sealing and cutting knife to
approximately 180°C and the vertical sealing temperature
to approximately 180°C.
(4) Set the sealing time to 40
milliseconds.
(5) Install the packaging film
according to the film winding marking diagram.
(6) After the packaging film passes
through each roller, the upper triangular plate and the
lower triangular plate and is unfolded and fed into the
film pulling toothed belt of the machine, connect the
waste material to the waste material collection tray,
perform manual film feeding and manual sealing and
cutting for 3-4 times to make the film run neatly.
(7) Unscrew the throttle valve of the
blue air pipe and blow air into the film.
(8) Switch to the manual mode, adjust
the height of the triangular plate and the width of the
conveyor platform according to the product, and adjust
the stroke time according to the product.
(9) After adjustment, turn on the
automatic mode, allow the products to enter the machine
automatically, and perform sealing and cutting
operation.
2. Operation Steps
(1) Startup Preparation:
-- Please connect the power supply:
AC220V, 60Hz, 1-phase.
-- Please use safe electricity that
meets household/industrial standards.
-- Please connect the air source (air
pump) with drying and filtration, and ensure stable air
pressure. It is recommended to use an 8mm air pipe.
(2) Automatic Operation:
-- Note: Before selecting the
automatic operation mode, please set the sealing and
cutting temperature, sealing and cutting time,
photoelectric position and rear allowance.
-- Select the automatic mode button
on the operation panel to enter the automatic operation
state.
-- Automatic Operation Process: After
the machine enters the automatic control page, it starts
to run, and the feeding conveyor belt starts. The
materials are placed on the feeding conveyor belt, and
the conveyor belt conveys them forward. When the
material detection switch detects the materials, the
discharging conveyor belt starts to rotate, and at the
same time, the stroke counting is performed. After the
stroke is completed, the discharging conveyor belt
stops, and the sealing and cutting knife starts to work.
After the sealing and cutting time is over, the sealing
and cutting knife rises to complete a working cycle.
(3) Alarm or Abnormality Handling:
-- If the machine stops due to
material jamming in the sealing and cutting process,
press the emergency stop switch, switch to the manual
mode, and take out the item.
-- If an abnormality occurs during the
operation of the machine, press the emergency stop
button immediately. |
