Important Note:
1. This machine is NOT designed to cut rigid solid pipes.
However, it can cut flexible solid rods. If your material is not
listed in the specifications, please consult us before
purchasing.
2. To ensure smooth feeding and prevent surface wear, please
follow this rule when selecting a guide mold:
The inner diameter of the guide mold should be 1-2 mm larger
than the outer diameter of the tubing.This clearance allows the
tube to pass through easily, preventing crushing or scratching
caused by a fit that is too tight, while still providing
sufficient guidance to maintain cutting straightness. |
Safety First: Keep hands away
from the cutting blade and moving parts of the pulley during
operation. Safety glasses are recommended to protect eyes from
debris.
Power Verification: This machine operates on AC 110V.
Always confirm that your local power supply voltage matches this
specification to prevent damage to the unit or fire hazards.
Material Compatibility: Do NOT attempt to cut metal
pipes, rigid solid rods (e.g., steel or copper bars), or any
materials that exceed the specified hardness and diameter
limits, as this will severely damage the blade and the machine
itself.
Gap Adjustment: Always pre-set the appropriate belt wheel
gap using the calibrated handwheel before cutting tubes of
different diameters. Too small a gap may crush or deform the
tube, while too large a gap will cause feeding slippage,
compromising cutting accuracy.
Routine Maintenance: Keep the blade and guide rails
clean. Remove residual debris periodically to ensure smooth
operation and consistent cut quality.

1. Preparation: Place the
machine on a stable workbench. Connect it to an AC 220V power
source. Wear safety glasses.
2. Select and Install Guide Mold: Choose a guide mold
with an inner diameter 1-2 mm larger than your tube's outer
diameter. Install it onto the machine.
3. Adjust Gap: Place a short piece of tubing between the
upper and lower belt wheels. Rotate the adjustment handwheel to
set an appropriate gap that grips the tube firmly without
crushing it.
4. Set Parameters: On the control panel, set the cutting
parameters:
Press the "Length" key, enter the value, then press "Enter".
Press the "Feed Speed" and "Cutting Speed" keys to set
appropriate values (generally recommended 7-8).
Press the "Quantity" key to enter the total number of segments
needed.
5. Start Cutting: Feed the tube through the guide mold
and belt wheels until it touches the stopper. Press the "Run"
key to begin automatic cutting.
6. Completion and Cleanup: After cutting, press the
"Stop" or "Reset" key. Disconnect the power and clean any debris
from the machine. |
