Operation Method

1. Forming copper wire rotating wheel--Left wire slot--Wire feeding wheel--Wire slot--enter the forming cutting die for forming.

2. Adjustment of wire distance:

a) Loosen the upper and lower forming cutter press plates, adjust the screw rod, adjust the upper forming cutters to the desired distance, and tighten the press plates.

b) Adjust the screw rod to achieve the desired gap between the upper and lower forming cutters.

c) Pay attention to keeping the lower forming cutters parallel to each other after adjustment.

d) Adjust the handwheel to ensure that the formed wire pins are of equal height. The wire feeding distance becomes shorter when the handwheel is raised, and on the contrary, the wire feeding distance becomes longer.

3. Adjustment of gap between upper and lower forming cutters:

a) When the forming wire diameter is 0.5mm, the gap between the upper and lower forming cutters should be 0.3-0.4mm.

b) When the forming wire diameter is 0.6mm, the gap between the upper and lower forming cutters is 0.4-0.5mm.

c) The above data are for reference only.

4. Adjustment of cutting-off time:

It is advisable to set the cutting-off time to meet the demands that the upper and lower forming cutters just press the forming wire, and the cutting-off blade cuts off the forming wire.

The adjustment method is as follows:

a) Loosen the nut and rotate the eccentric wheel counterclockwise to ensure that the upper and lower forming cutters just press the forming wire.

b) Rotate the cutter shaft to enable the cutting-off blade to press the forming wire upwards, and tighten the nut.

c) Adjust the nut so that when the upper and lower forming cutters just press the forming wire, the cutting-off blade cuts off the wire.

5. Adjustment of wire feeding time:

a) When the eccentric wheel is rotated counterclockwise and the wire is just fed out, stop rotating it.

b) Loosen the eccentric wheel, press it away from the upper cutting surface of the lower forming cutter, tighten the eccentric wheel, and tighten the screw.

c) After adjusting the wire feeding time, it is necessary to readjust the cutting-off time.

6. Adjustment of wire feeding height:

After the forming wire comes out of the cutting-off outlet, it is best to enter the upper and lower forming cutters straightly, so that the forming effect is the best. The purpose can be achieved only by adjusting the spring.

a) Tighten the spring, the forming wire is bent upwards.

b) Loosen the spring, the forming wire is bent downwards.

7. Adjustment of gap between cutting-off blade and right wire slot:

a) Loosen the two screws of the press plate.

b) Abut the right wire slot against the cutting-off blade surface and tighten the press plate.

8. If the forming interval needs to be 25mm or above, the POS6A bearing needs to be inserted into the topmost hole of the eccentric wheel.

※※ Attention: After adjusting the machine, test it manually. If there are no problems, electrically use it!!!
