| The tensile strength testing

load sensor is an indispensable component for accurately
measuring the key physical property parameters of the materials
to be tested. The sensor has the quite high measurement
precision, accuracy and repeatability, is wide in dynamic range,
makes a quick response and achieves standard signal output. |

The tensile
strength testing machine also has a printing function, the clear
and complete paper report can be immediately obtained after
testing, the printing process is greatly simplified, the working
efficiency is greatly improved, the archiving standard and

upper and lower limiting parts effectively limit the pointer
within a range and protect the pointer against damage and
collision, the pointer can accurately indicate the load in real

The supporting legs

machine is free of vibration and shake in the working process.
The machine can also be prevented from sliding through the

Operation
Method |
|
1. Prepare the
test sample:
Select the test sample from the same batch of test materials,
and conduct cutting and sampling in accordance with standards.
2. Before the test, confirm the items below:
2.1. Confirm that the machine is connected to the power supply
which meets specifications.
2.2. Confirm that the limiting and positioning switch and fixture
screws are tight.
2.3. Adjust the speed switch to the minimum to avoid the phenomenon
that due to the over-high speed, the machine is abnormal.
2.4. Clamp the test material with the fixture.
3. Test Procedure:
3.1. Connect the power supply (AC110V).
3.2. Turn on the power switch.
3.3. Adjust the upper and lower limiting sleeves to the proper
positions and tighten them with a hex wrench.
3.4. Press the "Up" or "Down" button so that the upper and down
fixture parts can be aligned.
3.5. Fix the product to be tested, see if the display shows "0.00",
otherwise press the "Zero" button. Choose the desired unit
(kg./lb./N.).
3.6. Press the "Test" button to start the test, and the specific
test function setting is shown in the control panel instruction.
3.7. Repeat the test of the next product or turn off the power.
3.8. Clean the machine. |
