The hydraulic button battery crimping machine is specially designed and manufactured for the battery material research and development and material testing in research institutes, universities, and enterprise laboratories. It is mainly used for sample production of battery material research and development in laboratories, button battery sealing for scientific research and small-batch trial production in factories. The machine with standard configuration can be used for sealing CR20 series button batteries, and other models of button batteries can be processed by customizing other mold accessories.

1. The upper limit of pressure has been set when the equipment leaves the factory. If you need to adjust the pressure, please contact the manufacturer.                                                                                                 

2. Do not remain static under high pressure for a long time.

3. During operation, loosen the pressure relief valve to relieve pressure. Do not loosen it excessively. Stop loosening the pressure relief valve when the molds are separated.

4. During sealing, the mold may be contaminated by electrolyte and other chemical reagents. Please clean it up in time.

5. The molds are precision structural parts and cannot be operated with brute force.

6. Do not put hands or other things into the machine during operation.

2. The specially designed hydraulic structure is adopted, so operation is easy and labor-saving.

3. The embedded pressure gauge is designed for clear display, accurate control and real-time monitoring of sealing pressure.

4. The precise mold is designed to ensure precise and reliable sealing forming, and has high quality and long service life.

5. Insulation is achieved when the standard mold is used to conduct sealing operation.

6. Four linear guide rails are adopted to slide and position so as to ensure the parallelism.

7. The machine with standard configuration can be used for sealing CR20 series button batteries. By replacing mold accessories, the machine can also be used for sealing CR2430 and CR2450 series button batteries.

2. Turn the pressure relief valve in the clockwise direction.

3. Shake the hand lever up and down, so that the lower mold is slowly pushed up and attached to the upper mold.

4. When the pressure gauge pointer reaches 80kg/cm², stop shaking the hand lever.

5. Turn the pressure relief valve in the counterclockwise direction.

6. At this time, the pressure gauge pointer returns to 0, the mold opens automatically, and the lower mold returns to its original position.

7. Use tweezers to remove the sealed button battery.
