| The semi-automatic fruit mesh
bag sealing packaging machine is a professional device for
quickly and neatly filling the mesh bags with various fruits and
vegetables and automatically sealing and cutting the mesh bags.
The feeding cylinder and the sealing assembly cooperate with
each other to efficiently accomplish the feeding and packaging
process, substantially improving the packaging efficiency,
reducing the labor intensity and ensuring the sealing quality is

Attention |

1. It is strictly prohibited to operate the
machine when no mesh bag is used.
2. Before pressing the Reset button, be sure
to empty the aluminum nails in the nail feeding grooves on the
two sides.
3. Do not touch the running parts during
operation. Do not put hands into the machine during use.
4. The whole machine is divided into a feeding cylinder package
and a main machine package. Place the main machine smoothly on
the workbench, install the countertop extension plate, then
install the feeding cylinder bracket at the rear end, and
finally put the feeding cylinder into the bracket. Connect the
ground wire, then connect the power supply, and the machine can
be used.
5.
It is recommended to use the machine in a dry, clean, dust-free,
corrosive-gas-free and well-ventilated environment, and keep it
away from various heat sources. Special emphasis: when the
machine works in a humid, acid-alkali corrosion environment for
a long time, the service life of the machine will be greatly
shortened.
6. The touch mode and the foot mode of the machine are
universal. Turn the mode switch to the touch state, and touch
the switch to complete the tying operation. Turn the mode switch
to the foot state, gently step on the foot pedal to complete the
tying operation.
7. The alarm sensor has been set before leaving the factory,
please do not adjust it.
8. When the indicator lamps on both sides of the slide flicker,
a reminder of shortage of nails is given. Please pay attention
to adding aluminum nails in time.
9. Long press the reset button for more than 1
second, release it, operate the "foot" or "touch" once to
conduct the tying action, and the press plate returns to the
original position. |

Operation
Method |
1. Put 3
aluminum nail strips in each slide of the machine, and
place a counterweight above it.
2. Switch on the 110V power supply, press the power
button, and the indicator lamp will be always on.
3. Touch mode: turn the mode switch to the touch state,
put the mesh bag into the tying area, and complete the
automatic tying.
4. Foot mode: turn the mode switch to the foot state,
put the mesh bag into the tying area, gently step on the
foot switch, and complete the automatic tying. |
