| The waste oil heater is a

Attention |
|
1. When the burner starts for the first time,
it should not be installed on the equipment, and idle burning
should be conducted outside the equipment to achieve trial
ignition to avoid the phenomena that due to unsuccessful
ignition, the fuel accumulates in the furnace, and then
secondary ignition is conducted to cause explosion accidents and
endanger the personal and equipment safety!
2. During the daily use of the burner, if a
fault alarm occurs (the fault light of the controller lights
up), the burner must be separated from the equipment during
maintenance, and maintenance and idle burning must be carried
out outside the equipment! It is strictly prohibited to press
the reset button again to ignite again without maintenance, in
order to avoid detonation and explosion accidents which will
endanger the personal and equipment safety.
3. During use, keep away from the burner to
avoid burns and accidents. During use, do not touch the burner
to avoid accidents. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Install the pneumatic solenoid
valve, the air pipe, the oil pump and the air compressor
in place.
2. Turn on the power supply of the
burner and the power supply of the air compressor,
connect the oil pipe, and make the waste oil enter the
oil tank of the burner under the pressure of the oil
pump. When the indicator light of the pneumatic solenoid
valve is off, it indicates that the oil tank has been
filled with the waste oil.
3. Start the heating knob. It is
suggested that the temperature does not exceed 80˚C.
4. When reaching the set temperature,
install the controller to start working.
5. After starting the burner, observe
whether the ignition needle can release electric sparks
normally when the yellow controller indicator light
flashes. Adjust the pressure of the pressure regulating
valve of the burner to 0.3-0.4Mpa.
6. When the solenoid valve is opened,
the waste oil sprays out and forms a flame.
(1) If no waste oil is sprayed out,
the operator should check whether the compressed air is
sufficient.
(2) If a large amount of waste oil is
sprayed out but cannot form a flame, the opening of the
air damper can be reduced or the flow rate of compressed
air can be reduced.
7. A filter should be installed in the
outlet of the oil drum before using the waste oil. If
the waste engine oil is used, it is suggested to add the
appropriate amount of diesel oil (≥10%)
so as to increase the ignition success rate. |
