Workbenches

Cooling Pump

Operation Method
 

Before operation, check all components and safety protection facilities.

1. Use of the host part
(1) Loosen the locking screw on the connecting base, rotate the lifting handle, adjust the spindle box up and down, select the height as needed, and after determining the height, tighten the locking screw to prevent vibration.
(2) Loosen the three M16 nuts on the connecting base, and the spindle box can rotate freely at 45 degrees. Select the angle as needed, and after determining the angle, tighten the nut.
(3) The spindle micro-feed handle is used for spindle micro-feeding.
(4) Adjust the positioning block to control the cutting depth.
(5) Adjust the front-and-rear travel of the workbench through the workbench feeding handwheel.
(6) Select the type of dial according to the cutting needs.

2. Drilling operation
(1) Drill a blind hole (not punch through the workpiece), loosen the locking bolts to separate the worm gear from the spring base, and then adjust the scale of the positioning block so that the scale is exactly matched with the distance between the drill tip and the bottom of the hole.
(2) Drill a through hole (punch through the workpiece), and raise the scale of the positioning block to the highest position.

3. Milling operation
(1) Adjust the positioning block to the highest position.
(2) Use the spindle feed handle to adjust the milling cutter to the correct height as needed, and then tighten the handle to match the worm gear cone with the spring base.
(3) Adjust the machining depth through the micro-feed handle.
(4) At this position, lock the toothed sleeve with a fixing bolt.
(5) During longitudinal feed milling, adjust the two longitudinal limit blocks in front of the workbench to limit the longitudinal travel of the workbench. Lock the middle drag plate with two insert strip locking screws on the right side of the middle drag plate to improve the machining accuracy.
(6) During transverse feed milling, tighten the two insert strip locking screws in front of the middle drag plate to lock the workbench so as to improve the machining accuracy.

4. Tapping
(1) Loosen the locking bolt in the middle of the spindle feed handle.
(2) Adjust the positioning block to the desired height.
(3) After leaving the upper limit position, the machine tool can conduct reverse rotation by pressing the reverse switch or touching the lower limit position.

5. Adjustment
(1) Adjust the limit blocks in front of the workbench for longitudinal feed limit.
(2) Adjust the insert strip adjustment screws at both ends of the insert strip to adjust the longitudinal and transverse direction or spindle head dovetail guide fit clearance.
(3) Rotate the insert strip bolts clockwise to tighten the insert strip. Rotate the screw counterclockwise to loosen the insert strip.
(4) Adjust the insert strip screw until the workbench can move easily and freely.
(5) Adjust the M5 adjustment screws on the longitudinal and transverse screw nuts until the lead screw can rotate flexibly while minimizing the fit clearance between the screw nuts.

6. Speed regulation
When shifting gears, firstly, stop the motor, turn the gear lever to the appropriate position according to the required speed, and then start the machine.
