| The single zone multi-station
tube furnace is an advanced experimental or production facility
specially designed for efficient and uniform heating treatment
of powder or granular materials. The furnace chamber features
multiple independent heating zones, achieving simultaneous
processing of multiple samples at the same or different
temperatures and allowing multiple experiments to run in
parallel. The samples placed inside the furnace can be
continuously tumbled as the tube rotates. The single zone
multi-station tube furnace is suitable for biological ceramics,
powder metallurgy, metal casting and other technologies, and can
be widely applied to industrial and mining enterprises,
scientific experiments, research and development institutions,
colleges and universalities, etc. |

1. There is no plug on the power
cord. Please let a professional electrician conduct wiring
operation with reliable grounding.
2. It is strictly forbidden to burn flammable and explosive
materials.
3. Use a suitable sintering pan to protect the furnace from
damage.
4. The electric furnace uses a special high-purity electric
heating wire. In order to ensure the sintering effect, please
use the original accessories during post-maintenance
replacement.
5. It is forbidden to disassemble the furnace and distribution
box of the electric furnace at will to avoid the circuit
failure.
6. It is recommended to cool the electric furnace to below 300
degrees and then open the door, otherwise the cold air causes a
thermal shock to the refractory material or causes the lining to
crack.
7. Check and ensure that the temperature of the electrical
control part of the temperature control system is good.
8. The input power shall not exceed the rated power, and the
furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature.
9. Do not touch the high-temperature parts and rotating parts
during operation. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the touch screen, voltage current
regulator and independent on/off/lock buttons, easily achieving
multi-station independent and precision control over the heating
procedures and parameters, effectively improving the working
efficiency and safety and well meeting the requirements of
temperature control.

Furnace Body
The shell of the furnace body is made of thickened steel plates,
ensuring efficient heat dissipation and scalding resistance
while achieving high rigidity and corrosion resistance. The
ceramic fiber furnace chamber is adopted to achieve quick
heating and low energy consumption, and the service life of the
furnace body is effectively prolonged.

Vacuum Pressure Gauge
The vacuum pressure gauge is an important monitoring part for
ensuring precise and safe running of the vacuum sintering
technology, and has a high response speed, interference and
temperature resistance and high stability.

Furnace Tube
The furnace tube is made of high-quality materials, is resistant
to high temperature and chemical corrosion and has good thermal
conduction and thermal stability. The sealing flange can
effectively fix the furnace tube and ensure thermal treatment of
samples in the vacuum environment.

high-performance vacuum pump can meet the strict sintering
requirements of the high-purity materials and achieve precise
adjustment of the vacuum degree of each station.

Open the packaging box, check the accessories and ensure that
the accessories are complete.
2. Place the machine in the well-ventilated position without
vibration, flammable and explosive gas or dust.
3. The working power of this furnace is 110V / 3KW, it is
recommended to use the 32A air switch and conduct reliable
grounding connection before turning on the power. Do not use
high voltage, so as not to cause damage to the instrument and
control lines.
4. Turn on the switch, and set different parameters on the touch
screen as needed. |
