The hose crimping machine is a professional hydraulic device
specifically designed for crimping of rubber tubes/hoses and
metal joints. The dies are driven to shrink tubes through the
high pressure, so the joints which are tightly sealed are
formed. The machine has the advantages of high crimping quality
and efficiency, good portability, simple operation, high
compatibility and so on. The hose crimper is suitable for
various mechanical applications, including high and low-pressure
oil pipes, gas pipes, water pipes, cable joints, automobile air

Attention |
|
1. Never put your hands into the crimping die.
2. Please be careful when using electricity.
3. When replacing hydraulic oil, please use anti-wear hydraulic
oil with the viscosity grade of 15#-32#.
4. Hydraulic oil should be replaced at least once a year.
5. Please disconnect the power supply after use.
6. Keep tools away from children.
7. Do not operate the machine continuously for a long time to
avoid motor overheating. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the start and stop buttons and the
pressure gauge, achieving one-button start/stop, simplifying the
operation process and facilitating real-time monitoring of the
pressure.

Crimping Assembly
The crimping assembly is crafted through CNC high precision
machining, is easy and smooth to open and close, effectively
improves the crimping precision and efficiency and has high
adaptability to different hoses. |

Micrometer
The high-precision micrometer is adopted to accurately control
and adjust the crimping amplitude so as to improve the
processing quality and effect. The knob design is user-friendly
and meets the ergonomic standard. |

Storage Drawer
The hidden storage drawer is designed for conveniently storing
the crimping dies or other accessories, effectively improving
the practicability. Eight sets of crimping dies are provided for
processing different hoses.

Proximity Switch
The proximity switch adopts non-contact induction, is free of
mechanical wear, has high response speed, and greatly improves
the crimping qualification rate. |

Supporting Pads
The rubber supporting pads are designed for stably supporting
the machine, absorbing the shock and vibration during operation
and prolonging the service life of the machine. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Assemble the matching die and pipe fittings to be
crimped.
2. Press and hold the green button to start crimping.
3. When the pressure gauge reaches 40MPa, release the
green button, and the motor stops working.
4. Long press the red button, reset the die and take out
the pipe fittings. |
