| The full automatic case sealing
machine is a self-adaptive servo electric induction case sealer
designed for packaging, logistics and manufacturing industries.
It adopts the servo motor drive to achieve precise and efficient
case sealing operation, can automatically adapt to cartons with
different sizes and substantially improves the packaging
efficiency of assembly lines. It has the advantages of full
automation, high self-adaptability and carton sealing quality,
simple operation and reliable operation. The full automatic case
sealing machine is suitable for sealing various boxes and
cartons for e-commerce, daily chemical products, electronic

| 1. Before operation, please

warnings in the manual.
2. Do not extend your hands or any
other body parts into the machine while the case sealer is
running, so as to avoid injury.
3. Avoid using the case sealer
in damp, dusty, flammable or explosive environments.
4. If the machine has a fault
or operates abnormally, stop using it immediately and contact
professional maintenance personnel for inspection and repair.
5. It is strictly prohibited
to disassemble or modify the case sealer without authorization,
so as to avoid potential safety hazards and equipment damage. |

1. High adaptability: The servo
motor drives the machine to automatically adapt to the width and
height of the carton, the machine can continuously seal the
cartons of multiple specifications and simple specification, and
the self-adaptability is higher.
2. Good sealing effect: The
roller press design is adopted to achieve tight adhesion of the
adhesive tape, and the adhesive tape can be evenly pressed while
the carton can slide smoothly.

Console
The console integrates multiple switches to achieve independent
and precise control over power, start, reset, locking and
emergency stop, effectively reducing the misoperation, improving
the safety performance and facilitating cleaning and
maintenance.

Touch Screen
The high-definition touch screen control system supports
multi-language switching, meeting the operation demands of
different customers. Parameter setting and adjustment are
convenient and quick, and the intelligence degree is higher.

Servo Motor
The servo motor can achieve precision closed-loop control over
the case sealing operation, ensuring the case sealing precision
and consistency. It has high output torque, gives a quick
response and achieves stable operation and low noise.

Conveyor Belt
The conveyor belt is made of thickened rubber materials, making
it wear-proof and durable. It has high adaptability, can be
automatically adjusted according to the size of the carton and
keeps the uniform pressure on the carton all the time.

Cutoff Mechanism
The sharp cutter and the reset mechanism are combined to
automatically cut off the adhesive tape after case sealing,
manual interference is avoided, and the continuous operation
efficiency is substantially improved.

Sensor
The sensor adopts the non-contact induction mode, can accurately
detect the size, position and state of the carton, provides
real-time data for the servo system and ensures complete
synchronization of adhesion, cutoff and conveying.

Universal Wheel
The universal wheel is adopted to allow the machine to move
freely and flexibly, effectively improving the movement
convenience and environmental adaptability. The machine can also
be stably fixed through the brake.

Transformer
The transformer is provided for achieving effective voltage
compatibility, can keep stable output and reliable power supply,
avoids equipment failure caused by the improper power source and
is portable, durable and reasonable.

| 1.
Place the machine on the stable and flat ground.
2. Connect the machine to the
110V power supply through the transformer.
3. Turn on the power switch and
operate the touch screen to set the sealing parameters.
4. Press the start button to
start the machine.
5. Place the to-be-sealed carton
on the conveying rollers, and the machine automatically adapt to
and convey the carton.
6. The adhesive tape
automatically adheres to the carton and is cut off by the blade
automatically.
7. Convey the sealed carton out
and collect the carton. |
