2. The main power cable of the control cabinet must be reliably connected to the 220V single-phase power supply. Please confirm the connection is correct before startup.

3. After connecting the power supply, run the machine without load for 5 minutes. Only when there is no abnormal odor or noise can you start feeding materials for operation.

4. Clean the wooden frame of the separating shaker table once a day.

5. Inspect the crusher blades once a day. (Check the blade edges or the gap between two blades. The gap between the fixed blade and the moving blade is 0.25mm.)

6. Clean the dust bag once a day.

7. The crusher bearing pedestal is of model UCP210. It is recommended to add lubricating oil every 3 working days (15-20g per time).

8. Do not put hands into the machine during operation.
    Do not touch the running parts during operation.
    Be sure to disconnect the power supply before maintenance and replacement of parts.

Control Box

Vibrating Screen

2. Start the dust removal system, bottom fan, vibrating separation system and host in sequence.

3. Run the machine without load for 5 minutes, and observe the running state of the machine. If the machine is normal, feed the waste wires and cables.

4. After discharging all materials in the machine, turn off the host, vibrating separation system, bottom fan and dust removal system in sequence.

5. Disconnect the power supply, and clean and maintain the machine thoroughly.
