| The motor disassembly machine is
a hydraulic processing device for recycling copper wires and
silicon steel sheets in waste motors. It can efficiently
separate copper wire coils from the iron core in the motor
stator to achieve effective recycling of metal resources. It is
equipped with double pulling heads and a hydraulic cutter, and
has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, multiple
purposes, high recovery rate, safe operation and easy
maintenance. The motor disassembly machine is suitable for
disassembly of motors in the washing machines, air conditioners,
refrigerators, water pumps, vehicles and so on and can be widely
applied to the motor factories, reclamation depots, metal

In summer, add Yb-N46 anti-wear hydraulic oil.
In winter, add YC-N46 low temperature hydraulic oil.

voltage of the machine.
4. Ensure reliable grounding of the machine.
5. Wear the protective gloves,
goggles, safety shoes and other protective articles. |

Foot Pedals
The multiple foot pedals are designed for independent control
over copper cutting and pulling operation, meeting the ergonomic
standard and adapting to different working environments.

Protective Cover
The protective cover is firm, durable and openable, can well
protect the internal parts from damage and collision, prolongs
the service life of the machine and reduces the maintenance
cost.

| 1.
Connect the machine to the 220V single-phase power supply with
reliable grounding.
2. Turn on the power switch to
start the machine.
3. Place the waste motor stator
on the positioning column of the copper cutting mechanism to
ensure the end of the copper wire aligns with the cutter, hold
it by hand, tread on the foot pedal, cut off the end of the
copper wire, release the foot pedal, and the cutter
automatically resets. Repeatedly press and release the foot
pedal until the end of the copper wire is completely cut off.
4. Take down the motor stator
from the positioning column and place the motor stator to the
appropriate pulling head.
5. Tread on the foot pedal, the
pulling head pulls backward to completely pull the copper wires
out of the iron core. Release the foot pedal, and taken down the
separated copper wires and iron core.
6. After operation, press the
stop switch, disconnect the power supply and clean the machine
thoroughly. |
