| The pipe cutting and beveling
machine is a professional device for cutting and beveling the
pipes with the external diameter of 50-168mm and processing the
flange end faces. Pipe cutting and beveling can be accomplished
after one-time clamping. It features annular clamp structural
design, multiple cutting tools, small occupied space, simple
operation, high processing precision and high adaptability. The
pipe cutting and beveling machine can be widely applied to
pipeline engineering installation and maintenance in the

| Precaution |
| 1. Operators must be
trained, read the manual thoroughly, and become familiar with
the machine before operation. Operators shall not have long hair
loose or wear jewelry to prevent accidents.
2. The power supply must comply with
the specifications on the motor nameplate, and must be reliably
grounded with good insulation.
3. Do not use the machine in
highly corrosive, rainy, or flammable/explosive environments.
4. During operation, do not
touch rotating parts, and do not put hands or tools into the
machine.
5. Overloading is strictly
prohibited. Never leave the machine unattended while it is
running.
6. When installing tools,
leave sufficient safe clearance (i.e., idle travel) to avoid
tool collisions.
7. Clean away iron chips
timely during cutting, and cool the tools adequately with a
special coolant.
8. When working near the
machine, the operator should wear safety goggles and ear
protectors at all times. |

Blade Holder Assembly
The independent blade holder structure is adopted, allowing
quick assembly, disassembly and replacement of different cutting
and beveling blades and greatly improving the positioning
precision and adaptability. It is resistant to wear, impact and
deformation and further improves the cutting stability.

Driving Connector
The driving connector is of an
integrated precise machining structure, can achieve rigid
connection of the driving part and the cutter head and ensures
high-precision processing of the beveling angle and end face.

Feeding Mechanism
The feeding mechanism can be
adjusted to achieve precise control over the cutting depth and

Clamping Mechanism
The clamping mechanism can be
adjusted to clamp, position and fix the pipe to ensure the
processing coaxility. Multiple clamping jaws can be adjusted
effortlessly to adapt to different pipes, and the clamping

Speed Controller
The
multi-gear speed regulation design is adopted to conduct precise
matching of the cutting and beveling speed according to the pipe
materials, wall thickness and processing demands, and the
cutting and beveling efficiency and processing quality can be
effectively optimized.

Connecting Assembly
The
connecting assembly is used to connect the motor and the cutting
and beveling assembly, ensuring effective torque transmission
and stable power output and meeting the high cutting force
requirement of pipe cutting and beveling. It is firm, durable
and practical.
|
|
1. Remove the main unit from the packaging box.
2. Insert the locking pins into
the holes of the main unit ring body. (Note: Skip this step if
splitting the ring is not required.)
3. Measure the pipe size and
determine the expansion block specification.
4. Measure the outer diameter of
the pipe, tighten the screws, and install the tool holder on the
gear ring.
5. Install the main unit on the
pipe, adjust the perpendicularity and concentricity between the
main unit and the pipe.
Note: During adjustment,
ensure that at least one pair of symmetric expansion claws is
firmly clamped on the pipe to prevent the machine from falling.
6. Install the tools:
Install the cutting tool on the cutting tool holder, and install
the beveling tool on the beveling tool holder. Do not install
them wrongly.
Note:
(1) Ensure that the cutting edges of both the cutting tool and
beveling tool are in the clockwise rotation direction.
(2) Do not install the tools to extend beyond the tool holders
excessively.
7. Install the drive unit at the
appropriate position.
8. Connect the 220V single-phase
power supply.
9. Start operation: When the
tools are working, supply sufficient coolant to cool the tools
and timely clean away the iron chips.
10. After work, cut off the power
supply, then remove the machine, clean away the iron chips and
other debris remaining on the machine, wipe it clean, and apply
an appropriate amount of anti-rust oil.
Note: After work, the motor
and reducer may be in a high-temperature state. Do not touch
them directly with your hands. Wear gloves or wait for the
machine to cool naturally before disassembly.
