meets the rated parameter requirements of the machine, and
ensure reliable grounding to avoid electric shock.
2. Do not overload the machine
during operation. Conduct uniform feeding at the proper speed.
3. Do not convey flammable and
explosive, corrosive or molten materials. Do not convey powder
materials.
4. During operation, do not
open the protective cover, do not touch running parts, and do
not put hands or tools into the machine.
5. Do not feed a large
quantity of materials at a time to avoid material blockage or
accidents.
6. Stop feeding, wait for the
materials in the buckets to be completely discharged, and then
the machine can be stopped. |

Control Panel
The control panel integrates the fuse, motor and vibration
feeder control switch, the vibration feeder strength can be

Feeding Hopper
The hopper with the large capacity
of nearly 40 gallons can hold a large quantity of materials at
one time, which can effectively save time and improve work
efficiency. The slope structure facilitates smooth feeding

Vibrating Feeder
After the material enters the
hopper, the vibrating feeder continues to transport the
material, the vibration strength of the feeder can be adjusted,
and the feeding precision is high. |

Material
The machine is
made of high-quality 304 stainless steel materials, ensuring
high structural strength and rigidity, improving the conveying
stability and prolonging the service life.

Universal Casters
The
machine is equipped with four universal casters which are made
of wear-resistant rubber materials, the brakes are designed for
stopping and fixing the casters, and flexible movement and
fixing can be achieved at any time. |
| 1.
Check the machine and ensure all parts are intact and the
machine can normally operate.
2. Connect the machine to the 220V
single-phase power supply with reliable grounding.
3. Turn on the power switch and
motor start button, and run the machine without load for a few
seconds to ensure stable operation.
4. Turn on the vibrating feeder
control switch, adjust the vibration strength knob according to
the particle size of materials to ensure the materials can be
conveyed to the buckets evenly and slowly.
5. Add the appropriate quantity
of materials into the hopper.
6. The materials are evenly fed
into the lifting buckets.
7. Conduct normal stop procedure:
firstly, stop feeding the materials into the hopper, wait for
all the materials to be completely conveyed to the discharge
outlet, turn off the vibrating feeder switch, turn off the motor
switch and the power switch, and disconnect the power supply.
8. After operation, clean the
machine thoroughly and ensure there is no residual materials in
the machine. |
