| The impact crusher is a
professional and efficient machine specifically designed for
fine crushing and coarse grinding of medium and low hardness
materials. It features high crushing ratio, low energy
consumption, stable operation, simple structure, convenient
maintenance and so on. No screening strip is designed inside the
machine, so the machine is not prone to blockage when crushing
materials with high moisture content and silt content. The
impact crusher can be widely used in the industries of sand and
gravel production, mineral fine crushing, construction
materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, etc. It can crush
medium and low hardness materials such as limestone, coal

| 1. There is no plug on the
power cord. Please let a professional electrician conduct wiring
operation. 2. When
installing the motor, ensure the installation personnel are
located at the safe position. Install and fix the motor by means
of other devices on the premise of ensuring safety.
3. Equipment operators must
undergo professional training and be familiar with operating
procedures. Unlicensed operation is strictly prohibited.
4. During operation, do not
open the crushing chamber cover or enter the maintenance area,
and never put hands or tools into the crushing chamber.
5. Before repairing the
equipment, always disconnect the main power supply and display a
‘Do Not Switch On’ warning sign to prevent accidental starting.
6. The equipment must be
equipped with an overload protection device, and over load
operation is strictly prohibited.
7. The workplace must be
equipped with firefighting equipment, and operators must wear
safety helmets, protective gloves and other personal protective
equipment.
8. When the equipment is out
of use for an extended period, clean away the material in the
crushing chamber, apply anti-rust oil to rust-prone components,
and store the equipment properly. |

Motor
The 11KW efficient three-phase asynchronous motor provides
stable and uniform power output, can meet the demand of the
processing capacity of 1-5T/h, has a high protection grade, long
service life and low fault rate. The motor is of a fully
enclosed structure and can well adapt to different working
environments.

Belt Transmission System
Multiple belts are combined to
achieve parallel transmission, effectively buffering the
material impact, significantly reducing the risks of motor
burnout and spindle breakage and improving the operation
stability. The belts are easy to replace and adjust and ensures
long-term efficient transmission.

Crushing Hammer Assembly
The multi-layer hammer head and disc
assembly is adopted to achieve the high crushing ratio and
particle uniformity. The hammer heads and discs are wear-proof
and durable, has high hardness and toughness, are not prone to
deformation or cracking and ensure long-term stable operation.

Inspection Door
The side-opening inspection door
allows the operator to observe the states of internal parts,
facilitating quick replacement of wearing parts. It can also be
tightly closed to achieve complete sealing, effectively avoiding
powder leakage and improving the safety.

Feeding Inlet
The feeding
inlet adopts the double-channel structural design, can guide
materials to the two sides, effectively avoids material
accumulation on the single side, reduces the eccentric wear and
prolongs the service life. It is not prone to material blockage
or jam and ensures continuous and stable feeding.

Crushing Cylinder
The
vertical cylinder is firm and reliable in structure, high in
rigidity and low in center of gravity, has high stability during
operation, can bear the huge impact and vibration in the
high-speed crushing process and is not prone to deformation or
cracking. The enclosed cylinder design prevents materials from
splashing.
|
|
1. Check before turning on the machine.
(1) Inspect the crushing cavity for foreign objects (e.g., iron
pieces, stones), and remove them promptly if present.
(2) Check the integrity of components such as the hammer heads,
liners and spindle, and verify that fasteners are not loose.
(3) Check the lubricating oil level (the oil level in the
bearing housing should be maintained at 1/2 to 2/3 of the mark),
and ensure the oil grade meets the equipment requirements.
(4) Check the electrical system and reset the emergency stop
button.
(5) Confirm that the feeding and discharging devices are in a
standby mode.
2. Power-on sequence
(1) Follow the principle of ‘no-load start-up and sequential
power-on’.
(2) Start the discharging conveyor → start the crusher → start
the feeding conveyor.
(3) After starting the machine, check if the current, vibration
and noise are normal. After it runs stably, feed the material
uniformly.
3. Operation in progress
(1) Feeding must be uniform and continuous. Overloaded feeding
is strictly prohibited to prevent material blockage in the
crushing chamber. Do not mix in hard metal objects such as
iron and steel blocks. If abnormal noises or increased vibration
are detected, immediately stop the machine for inspection.
(2) Regularly inspect the bearing temperature. If it exceeds 75˚C, stop the machine to cool down and identify the cause.
(3) Monitor the discharge particle size in real time. If the
particle size is too large, stop the machine and adjust the gap
between the hammer head and the liner.
4. Shutdown sequence
(1) Follow the principle of ‘stop materials, and then stop the
machine’.
(2) Stop the feeding conveyor → After the material in the
crushing chamber is completely discharged, stop the crusher →
Stop the discharging conveyor.
(3) Disconnect the main power supply, clean the equipment
surface and remove the residual materials in the crushing
chamber.
