By the use of the automatic glue
coating machine, paper, leather and other similar materials can be
coated with various water-soluble glues such as white latex. The
thickness of glued materials can be smaller than or equal to 13mm. The
adhesive layers can be evenly applied to the surface of different
materials. The automatic gluing machine is composed of a steel roller
and a soft roller so that the glue coating can be more uniform and

High-Quality Motor
The power is 370W. The high-quality motor is matched with the
automatic glue coating machine, enough power is provided for
glue coating operation, and it can remarkably improve the

Steel Roller & Soft Roller
Compared with a traditional gluing machine, the automatic gluing
machine has the advantage that an upper steel roller and a lower
soft roller are adopted instead of two steel rollers. The length
of each roller is 10.63in (27cm). The soft roller has good
properties such as good elasticity, high chemical resistance and
long service life, the glue can be better applied to the
material even when the material surface is not flat and smooth,
and the glue coating effect is greatly improved.

Glue Tray
A glue tray with the large capacity is provided, can be used for
holding various water-soluble glues and is placed at the bottom
of the soft roller. It is made of stainless steel, so that it is
convenient to clean and maintain, resistant to leakage and
corrosion and more durable and reliable. It can be slightly
adjusted in height through bolts on the side so as to meet the
requirement for different gluing thicknesses.

Product Thickness Adjusting Knobs
There are two adjusting knobs on the top of the machine.
Accurate adjustment of different product thicknesses of being
smaller than or equal to 13mm can be effectively ensured. When the two knobs
are adjusted manually, the upper steel roller can move up and
down to quickly adapt to different materials. The adjusting
knobs can be operated easily and flexibly and has high
stability, high durability and low maintenance cost.

Gluing Thickness Adjusting Knobs
Two black adjusting knobs are specially designed for the
automatic gluing machine, and the gluing thickness can be
adjusted randomly according to the user’s demand. When the knobs
are rotated by hand, different quantities of glue can be closely
attached to the lower soft roller and then adhere to different
materials along with relative rotation of the two rollers. The
high gluing accuracy and high production efficiency can be well
guaranteed.

Safety Baffle
The safety baffle is offered to the machine for safety
protection. The anti-splash design is used for effectively
preventing the glue from splashing in the running process. The
safety baffle is made of high-strength materials, a safety
sticker is glued to the safety baffle, so that the operator is
effectively reminded that do not stretch hands into the machine
in the working process. The safety and the sanitation of the
machine can be well ensured.

Attention |

1. In
the working process, do not touch the rollers so as to prevent hands
from being crushed. |

2. Please note that the voltage of the gluing machine
is 110V 60Hz. |

3. If the glue is attached to the upper
roller in the glue coating process, please wipe away the glue
immediately so as not to dirty the material. |
|
4. Each time the work is completed, please wipe away
the glue on the machine to prolong the service life of the machine. |
|
5. After the work
is completed every day, each sleeve should be lubricated timely, then
idling needs to be conducted for a few minutes, and then the machine can
be stopped. |

Operation Method |
 |
1．The baffle is opened, the glue is poured
into the glue box (1), so that at least 1/3 of the soft roller (6) is
dipped into glue.
2．According to the desired thickness of the material to be turned over,
adjust the central axis of the gap between the steel roller (5) and the
soft roller (6). Clockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to enlarge the
gap, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to reduce the
gap.
3．Turn on the power switch.
4．Adjust the glue thickness according to the material and the adhesive
requirements, clockwise rotate the two adjusting knobs (4) to thicken
the glue, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (4) to thin
the glue.
5．Insert the baffle back to the original position. After all parts are
adjusted to be normal, the glue side needs to be placed downwards on the
baffle, the workpiece is pushed gently to pass through the space between
the steel roller (5) and the soft roller (6), and is coated with glue
automatically and intermediately, and the sizing process is completed. |
