The white latex gluing machine is
suitable for coating different materials with various water-soluble
glues. The thickness of glued materials can be adjusted at will within
the range of 0.5-13mm. It is used for automatic glue coating when
various materials need to be coated with adhesive layers. The required
coating thickness and strength can be achieved evenly and quickly. It
adopts one steel roller and one soft roller so that gluing can be more
uniform and smoother. It is an ideal device for automatic gluing of thin
workpieces in various industries of shoemaking, paper, leather and so
on. |

High-Quality Motor
The glue coating machine is equipped with a high-quality motor
which can provide sufficient power for gluing operation. The
power is 370W, the production efficiency is high, the energy
consumption is high, and high precision control and stable
running can be achieved. Fast start and stop of the motor can be
achieved through the switch, quick response can be formed, and
the noise pollution can be reduced.

Steel Roller & Soft Roller
An upper steel roller and a lower soft roller are designed for
the machine. The soft roller is good in elasticity, high in
chemical resistance and long in service life, and can be more
closely attached to the material surface, the uniform gluing can
be better achieved even when the material to be glued has an
uneven surface, and the glue coating effect can be better. The
soft roller and the steel roller can better cooperate to adapt
to various materials, reduce the material damage and achieve
good glue transfer.

Glue Tray
There is a large-capacity glue tray at the bottom. The glue tray
can stably supply various water-soluble glues. It is made of
stainless steel, so that it is easy to clean and maintain,
resistant to leakage and corrosion and more durable and
reliable.

Product Thickness Adjusting Knobs
Two knobs are designed on the top of the machine and used for
achieving accurate control over different product thicknesses
within the range of 0.5-13mm. By rotating the knobs, the upper
steel roller can ascend and descend to quickly adapt to
different materials. The adjusting knobs are easy and convenient
to operate, high in stability and durability and low in
maintenance cost.

Gluing Thickness Adjusting Knobs
Two adjusting knobs are arranged on the side of the machine and
used to adjust the gluing thickness according to different
gluing requirements. By rotating the knobs, different quantities
of glue can adhere to the lower soft roller to adapt to
different materials. The high gluing accuracy and high
production efficiency can be ensured.

Safety Baffle
The safety baffle is designed for safety protection. It is made
of high-strength materials and marked with a safety sticker,
thereby effectively reminding the operator that do not stretch
hands into the machine in the working process. The anti-splash
design is adopted for effectively preventing the glue from
splashing in the operating process. The safety and the
sanitation can be effectively ensured.

Attention |
|
1. In
the working process, do not touch the rollers so as to prevent hands
from being crushed. |
|
2. Please note that the voltage of the gluing machine
is 110V 60Hz. |
|
3. If the glue is attached to the upper
roller in the glue coating process, please wipe away the glue
immediately so as not to dirty the material. |
|
4. Each time the work is completed, please wipe away
the glue on the machine to prolong the service life of the machine. |
|
5. After the work
is completed every day, each sleeve should be lubricated timely, then
idling needs to be conducted for a few minutes, and then the machine can
be stopped. |

Operation Method |
 |
1．The baffle is opened, the glue is poured
into the glue box (1), so that at least 1/3 of the soft roller (6) is
dipped into glue.
2．According to the desired thickness of the material to be turned over,
adjust the central axis of the gap between the steel roller (5) and the
soft roller (6). Clockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to enlarge the
gap, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (3) to reduce the
gap.
3．Turn on the power switch.
4．Adjust the glue thickness according to the material and the adhesive
requirements, clockwise rotate the two adjusting knobs (4) to thicken
the glue, and counterclockwise rotate the adjusting knobs (4) to thin
the glue.
5．Insert the baffle back to the original position. After all parts are
adjusted to be normal, the glue side needs to be placed downwards on the
baffle, the workpiece is pushed gently to pass through the space between
the steel roller (5) and the soft roller (6), and is coated with glue
automatically and intermediately, and the sizing process is completed. |
