How to Use
Pre-use Preparation
Confirm that the gas valve is open, then check the cleanliness of the griddle surface to ensure there are no oil stains or foreign objects.
Ignition Operation
Press the red button (electronic igniter), and adjust the control knob to ignite the griddle.
Cooking Process
Place the ingredients on the griddle for cooking. During the process, adjust the knob at any time to regulate the heat power according to cooking needs.
Shutdown and Cleaning
After cooking, turn off the gas valve.
Wait until the griddle surface cools down completely, and then wipe off oil stains with a soft cloth.
Conduct regular deep cleaning on parts like the control knobs and griddle surface (e.g., using a dedicated kitchen cleaning agent for better results). |
